<p>We arranged and paid for flowers for mothers day from Teleflorist which is managed, or shall I say mismanaged by Hugo de Klerk. The flowers was never delivered and Hugo said it would be delivered the Monday after mothersday "with sweets". This promise was not kept and I called him to enquire what was going on. He immediately was very rude and could not identify our surname as a client, "as many clienst did not receive delivery of their flowers". I said to him every delivery which was not delivered was a delivery too many. He became very arrogant and agressive and I terminated the call. He afterwards suddenly alledged that I was the agressive party and spoke to him by saying I want to go to him and "f@*k him up". How convenient to try and cover the absolutely horrific handling by Teleflorist / Hugo de Klerk of the situation. I wonder what became of client service. When he was sent a mail his responses was that I allegedly used the words above and he made more derogatory statements, also further replied by saying I am lying and I am an idiot. Absolutely shocking and horrific to deal with such a vulgar person and business. Kharma....</p>

<p>I have received an account more than double my normal account. I have been trying for days (once holding on for approximately 40 mins) without being able to get through for assistance with my query. I went to Vodacom at Bayside and the assistant told me they cannot help me but also have to call in. they offered to call in and then call me and link me to trhe call to resolve my query. they dialed the help number and I left, it is now hours later NO ASSISTANCE. So what can a consumer do? This is absolutely schocking and rediculous. It seems I must fly to johannesburg to the Vodacom head office to see someone for assistance??</p>
