BAD SERVICE.... I order flowers a gift and balloon still no delivery and now i am not getting a answer via email and telephone from Hugo. I paid R700 and have go bad service on my mothers 50th Birthday.... My surprise

Please stay away!!!!!! They do not meet their promises nor do what they say on their website. They do not answer the phone and do not deliver your goods on time, even as we speak I still don't know if my order is going to be met.

I ordered a dozen FRESH RED ROSES in Luxurious packaging for valentines, day delivered to day as per this link https://www.teleflorist.co.za/flowers/info_AQP0944.php The flowers arrived and there 10 mixed red and white roses, which are completely open and will last probably a day. I spoke to the lady and her attitude was disgusting saying that it DOES NOT say a dozen red roses, as teleflorist only instructs them to deliver flowers to the value a person pays. I think this is atrocious service, I will never again use this florist and work for a bank will be letting the whole of head office not to use this florist or teleflorist.

On his website Hugo de Klerk promises the following: "Teleflorist can hand deliver flowers through out South Africa and can even offer International Flower Delivery. With over 60 years experience in providing same day flower delivery and next day flowers, our dedicated online florist delivery service is committed to providing our customers with beautifully designed, fresh gifts ..." This, however, is light-years away from what he is in reality prepared to do in terms of customer satisfaction. Hugo de Klerk is not at all bothered to make any kind of effort regarding satisfying his customer's requirements. He cannot / will not bother to arrange a delivery to Villiers in the Free State. It is "too far" to travel that short distance for a single delivery even after i offered to pay for any additional expenditure incurred. Very disappointing!

<p>We arranged and paid for flowers for mothers day from Teleflorist which is managed, or shall I say mismanaged by Hugo de Klerk. The flowers was never delivered and Hugo said it would be delivered the Monday after mothersday "with sweets". This promise was not kept and I called him to enquire what was going on. He immediately was very rude and could not identify our surname as a client, "as many clienst did not receive delivery of their flowers". I said to him every delivery which was not delivered was a delivery too many. He became very arrogant and agressive and I terminated the call. He afterwards suddenly alledged that I was the agressive party and spoke to him by saying I want to go to him and "f@*k him up". How convenient to try and cover the absolutely horrific handling by Teleflorist / Hugo de Klerk of the situation. I wonder what became of client service. When he was sent a mail his responses was that I allegedly used the words above and he made more derogatory statements, also further replied by saying I am lying and I am an idiot. Absolutely shocking and horrific to deal with such a vulgar person and business. Kharma....</p>

No joy.....Phoned at 16h55 no answer , waited........No Flowers........Checked my bank, the money was reserved. They had both our phone numbers not even a call. y was reserved..Bitterly dissapointed . .....Please cancel order. I will go to the local florist as I should have done.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

<p>I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother today as it is her birthday. Ordered the flowers at 8:41am and up till now (4:23pm) no one has delivered them. Utterly dissapointed as no one is answering any of the call centre numbers or responding to my emails even though I have paid the full amount for this service. I still dont know where these flowers are or why no one is responding to my calls and emails and my mother still has not recieved her birthday flowers.</p>
