With over 60 years experience in providing same day flower delivery and next day flowers, our dedicated online florist delivery service is committed to providing our customers with beautifully designed, fresh gifts ..." This, however, is light-years away from what he is in reality prepared to do in terms of customer satisfaction. Hugo de Klerk is not at all bothered to make any kind of effort regarding satisfying his customer's requirements. He cannot / will not bother to arrange a delivery to Villiers in the Free State. It is "too far" to travel that short distance for a single delivery even after i offered to pay for any additional expenditure incurred. Very disappointing!
