DO NOT USE THESE THIEVES!
If there was a Zero Star they will get it. I conacted the Leads company to replace a lock on a sliding door. They sent me a whatsapp - "2023/02/19, 4:08 pm - +27 72 540 6302: .LEADS COMPANY. .CALL OUT R200. .WE HAVE A ETA OF 15 TO 25 MIN. .ALL PRICES CAN ONLY BE DETERMINED BY THE LOCKSMITH ONCE HE CAN FULLY INSPECT THE PROBLEM. .BY UNDERSTANDING THE ABOVE PLEASE REPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING. . NAME & SURNAME . FULL ADDRESS/WHATSAPP PIN LOCATION . . NR& ALTERNATIVE NR . ONCE YOU REPLIED A LOCKSMITH TECHNICIAN WILL CALL YOU" I replied with my details and a photo of the lock requesting a price on the lock. The "Locksmith" Juan responded. Not only did the above ETA of 15 - 25 MIN not apply to him as he arrived an hour and half later, he was also ill equipped. He could not replace the lock and left us with a door without a lock. The invoice #989 arrived and I was charged the R200 call out fee plus an addition R2495 for the "Opening fee of B class lock on Sundays". Prior to my booking I wanted them to come out on Monday but was told there were no additional fees for weekends as they are 24/7! My problem is if they cannot fix my problem then surely only the R200 callout fee applies and not R2695 EXCLUDING the fact that we DO NOT HAVE A LOCK and have to pay for someone to replace the lock they were meant to replace.

Poor service
<p>We did a sim swop today with a lady who was obviously not in the mood to assist us. We received the new sim and was told not to put the sim in the phone for 24 hours. After 12 hours we opened the sims packaging only to find the sim was not what we wanted.</p> <p>I contacted Vodacom and explained the situation only to be asked what I wanted them to do about it. Again I explained and was told I have to purchase another sim and we will then have to wait another 24 hours to get the sim activated. Clearly they are not aware of the current state of the shopping centres and why do I have to buy anither sim if it was not my fault we did not get the correct sim card AND we have to wait another 24 hours before it gets activated!!!</p>
