Absolutely terrible what you have done to my nails I am so unhappy with the service and care of my nails! Your product has damaged my real nails so badly to a point where my real nail is broken damaged and bleeding once my new nail tech finally got your **** of my nails. A half assed apology and then blocking a client before I can even respond, just shows the type of business that you run. I now have to deal with the damage that YOU caused. Absolutely terrible and I definitely don't recommend anyone to you. This review is also going up on other sites. If no star reviews was an option here!
MOCHACHOS NEW REDRUTH- TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM THE OWNER SHAMIMA!!! I called and placed an order at 19:20 on the 26/06/2020 Shamima answered and took our order, when I asked for the total she said she can't give it to me due to the fact that all the tills was very busy and she was writing it down, but someone will call us back with the price shortly. She said they were very busy and delivery would be an hour and a half and we said that was okay. Almost an hour later nobody called back and we couldn't get through to the store. At 20:35 we finally got through to the store and Phillip the driver answered. It turns out our order was never put through in the first place after all that time. Phillip was amazing he was very apologetic and even though it was time for him to go he offered to make sure that the order was done quickly and it was delivered in the next 20 minutes as promised. I called the store today (27/06/2020) and it was Shamima who answered again and we asked to speak to a manager she said she was the owner. We were shocked to find out that she's actually the owner. When we told her that she did not place the order and that we were very upset, she made excuses about pick ups which had nothing to do with us as it was a order for delivery. She was rude on the phone and instead of making excuses she should have just apologised from the start. When I told her that I was very unhappy about the service and I won't be ordering from them again she said that's fine sorry thank you bye. When I spoke to Phillip last night and I told him this was unacceptable and I doubt we would order from them again he apologised several times and said we are regular customers and he values us... this coming from the driver rather than owner. Phillip thank you kindly for your assistance. Shamima I don't know how you got to be a owner but your attitude and people s****s stink.
<p> hi guys if you are offered anything by a company called loan quest SA please be very careful. I apparently signed an agreement with them online for a loan and haven't received anything from them. yet they been sending me bills for a service package via email. I tried replying to their emails but no consultant gets back to me it's just another automated reply saying I owe them money for services. They have not called me asking for payment or anything they just send me emails. They have now handed me over to a company by the name of lifestyle legal pty Ltd. who also just send me emails, they have not called me asking me to pay their client loan quest SA they just send me emails saying that I need to pay a certain amount to either them or loan quest SA by a certain date otherwise they will blacklist me and hand me over for court summons.</p> <p>They have now made these threats against me all through email and sms not once calling me which I find very strange. when I tried calling the lawyers number it says please recharge even though I had R130.00 on the SIM card and was able to make other calls but couldn't get hold of that company. </p> <p>This could be a scam or not either way just be careful when it comes to things like this especially if it's with the two above mentioned companies.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am definitely not going to be leaving the matter like this and would like the two companies to be checked by the authorities asap</p> <p> </p>
