Absolutely horrible service I received at PNA in mall of the south . Went in to buy pens and wanted to pay with cash instead of card and the cashier that was assisting me called in someone else to help as she didn’t take cash I waited . That someone came through and the system was giving them problems understandably I stood there while they were busy with the system and while they wanted to find someone else who could assist , eventually someone came and you’d assume I’d be the first person that they assist. NOPE not at all a white guy that was actually behind me was called to be assisted while I was still standing , no explanation nor professionalism what so ever horrible experience based on my skin colour. I even asked those ladies that logically I should be assisted first before someone that’s after me but I assume they would rather make me wait and not the guy that was actually after me after standing for minutes.
This company works with phishing information. A total ****. Last year one of their consultants called my grandmother who is over 70 years and told her a lie story of how this decoder is sent to old people, is on special and how she had won it . To my grandmother’s surprise it turned out to be a big lie now they not only **** to her but also are deducting money from a 70 year old pensioner . I tried calling several time to cancel that services with no luck . While complaining I asked the consultant that was assisting me to listen to the call with one of their consultants to my grandmother and surely she confirmed that the consultant **** and was not suppose to say what they have said to her.. fast forward it’s now 2025 and till the money from my grandmothers account is still debited not only that but they asked us to pay a cancellation fee for something that was *****ulently sold to her .. be careful of this **** company.. if there were zero starts I’d rate it that as this is one of the ***** companies and targets old pensioners who do not understand the what is really said to them
It’s now been more than 2 months that I’m still waiting for feedback for 1. as there is money that’s unaccounted for but was debited from my account , I have been calling them like I’m not sane because they do not timelessly get back to their client with constructive feedback..2nd the whole service is to remove debt but I find that amusing as there is an account that till this day hasn’t been paid.. I owed less than R300 on that account but even today they account claims to not have been paid , I’ve asked that they forward proof of payment to the relevant department and cc me on the email as it will be proof but after 2 months that still is difficult to be done. This is one of the worse decision I have ever made and would strongly advise against
