Unpleasant experience with Elegant Dry Cleaners

<p>I had such an unpleasant experience for the 2nd time today with the young man at Elegant Dry Cleaners in Parkwood when I went back to fetch my curtains. I felt I was being overcharged for the service provided (simple matter of putting up a hem on a set of curtains). Instead of engaging with me he was rude and arrogant and did not deny it when I said I felt like he put up his price when he saw me walk in. Such a shame because I have been looking out for a good long term dry cleaner and I think he is going to damage the goodwill that his parents have established before him.</p>
