Bad service
Good day I am battling since August 2019 to get a response out of Spot on Cleaners. they submitted a IRP5 for my son in 2018-2019 financial year whilst he was not working there anymore. Sars wants my son to pay them r8000 +- because of their mistake. they only come with excuses but not answers. I gave them the option to pay Sars the money or reverse their IRP 5 but to no avail. Meanwhile my son is stressing because he hasn't got that kind of money. please advice.

Unpleasant experience with Elegant Dry Cleaners
<p>I had such an unpleasant experience for the 2nd time today with the young man at Elegant Dry Cleaners in Parkwood when I went back to fetch my curtains. I felt I was being overcharged for the service provided (simple matter of putting up a hem on a set of curtains). Instead of engaging with me he was rude and arrogant and did not deny it when I said I felt like he put up his price when he saw me walk in. Such a shame because I have been looking out for a good long term dry cleaner and I think he is going to damage the goodwill that his parents have established before him.</p>

Terrible sirvice
<p>i took my dress to the branch in ****arney, the day I wanted to collect it I rember the lady saying it will cost R250 but my slip said R500 so I called to confirm. Instead of calling the branch itself o called th head office by mistake, the man who answerd the phone said it's fine he'll call and find out. Next thing I get a call from an enraged lady named Mariann from the ****arney branch screaming at me telling me how dare I call the head office and lie so i told her I just called to clarify she carried on screaming at me and started swearing at me then cut the call. I then called the head office back and I asked to speak to the owner or manager who I was told is conveniently overseas!</p> <p> </p> <p>That kind of sirvice from a private company is so unacceptable and I will never do business with this company again I will also discourage any person who wants to do business with this company from even thinking of it. </p>

Damage to exclusive dress
I took my dress to Elegant and they happily accepted it. When i went to collect the dress the colour had run on the dress and the owner denied it despite me having photos to prove it. <br> <br> The owner said that she would rewash and there would be no risk of colour running. To my horror, I collected the dress the second time the colour had run even more. <br> <br> Eventually I called the owner and she said it was my fault the colour had run and refused to discuss the matter. She was rude and slammed the phone on me. No apologies, no explanation.<br>
