Kindly note that I am extremely dissatisfied with the so called feedback provided, I to have I spoke to the staff 6 times in total, 2 times on the 4th of August 2020, 2 times on the 5th of August 2020, 1 time on the 6th of August and 1 time on the 7th of August 2020. On the 4th of August 2020, I was advised that i can book a standard massage when i get there on the day i can consult with my the****** who will advise which massage i should do based on my spacific needs. The website description of the treatments and the one the receptionist refers to is different which will inevitably create confusion. On the 4th of August 2020, I sent through an email stating exactly what I wanted, same was not responded to. On the 5th of August 2020, I called in again i was told that the the****** will decide what needs to be done based on my concerns, leading me to belive I could do any facial I want. The cost of the facials were not a concern to me and I would gladly pay the extra charge. On the 6th of August 2020, I called to confirm my booking however, no confirmation of actual treatments were discussed this should have been discussed or at the very least confirmed in an email which it was not. So basically each time I call the changes were not confirmed in email, should the changes have been confirmed i would have realised that I am not booked for the treatments i would have liked to get. Since there are different people dealing with clients each time they call, email confirmations would be easier to track changes. I was told that email confirmation is a policy and it was not done so clearly the correct procedure was not followed, yet the manager was unapologetic and even indirectly told me the mistake was my fault! the spa offers a luxury service, i did not recive the service i was expecting, clearly relevent process was not followed so the least that could i could have gotten was an apology, instead of advising me of what I should do "next time" acknowledge that their service is lacking and that they will improve on same next time! Lastly the manager very rudely told me that i should book my treatments individually next time to avoid mistakes????? I was shocked, the onus is not on me as a customer to realise i need to book each treatment individually but rather the staff who is supposed to have in depth knowledge of the inner workings of the spa to advise me on how to go about booking my spa package so that I can get the treatments I want, the attitude and inability of the manager to understand this is portrayed through the staffs poor customer service as essentially it is the managers job to ensure the all processes are operating efficiently and all staff members operate effectively, so this whole situation to me seems as though this spa has a poor management problem. Nevertheless, I will not be booking any treatments at this spa again niether will I recommend same to anyone wanting a relaxing stress free day.
<p>Planet fitness constantly gives me problems. The sales people are dishonest and withhold material facts. </p> <p> </p> <p>When end I entered into the gym contract the sales person told us it costs R199 per month so as a result we took out 3 contracts, he claimed to be honest but only for us to find out he dilibratly failed to point out to us that we had to visit the gym 3/4 times a week otherwise we would be charged a much higher rate! Had we known this we would not have concluded the contract because we know we can't attend gym that many times a week due to work commitments! </p> <p> </p> <p>This kind of dishonesty is so unprofessional and I would not recommend planet fitness to anyone, I would even go as far as to say that I'd prefer virgin active who is abit more expensive on their standed rate but you know you don't have to worry about all these misrepresentations! Not to mention that in the end virgin active will probably work out cheaper! </p>
<p>i took my dress to the branch in ****arney, the day I wanted to collect it I rember the lady saying it will cost R250 but my slip said R500 so I called to confirm. Instead of calling the branch itself o called th head office by mistake, the man who answerd the phone said it's fine he'll call and find out. Next thing I get a call from an enraged lady named Mariann from the ****arney branch screaming at me telling me how dare I call the head office and lie so i told her I just called to clarify she carried on screaming at me and started swearing at me then cut the call. I then called the head office back and I asked to speak to the owner or manager who I was told is conveniently overseas!</p> <p> </p> <p>That kind of sirvice from a private company is so unacceptable and I will never do business with this company again I will also discourage any person who wants to do business with this company from even thinking of it. </p>
I finally realized why sky net has not responded to me after 2 complaints on hello Peter! It is because the person who was so rude to me and my family in our own house and tried to cheat us is a family member of the owner of the company! <br> <br> The same man Greg who came to collect my ghd for repairs is the same man who brought it back! ( ofcorse ghd is the company that uses skynet and not me! I would never use a company who's customer service is so pathetic!) <br> <br> On delivery of my ghd the man was once again rude and when o said I would complain he very arrogantly told me that o could do as I please because he was working for family and nothing would happen to him! <br> <br> I will be complaining to ghd and urging them to use a different coriour company as well as putting this on social media so that nobody else has to be disrespected in their own house!
I joined planet fitness with my liberty life policy. Liberty life is now not opening new contracts for gym memberships but state that old members contracts will run a full year before expiring. I confirmed this with planet fitness head office and with liberty. Once again planet fitness is trying to rob me by trying to force my hand into signing a new contract with them by fabricating facts! <br> <br> I'm so sick of planet fitness deception! I urge that no one should join planet fitness if they do not want endless problems! <br> <br> I think this matter is of public interest and I will be posting it on social media as well! <br> <br> This kind of behavior and service is ridiculous! <br> <br> Planet fitness only cares about money and not its customers!<br> <br> Rather join virgin active, it's a little more expensive but I get what you pay for as with planet fitness all I get is endless problems!
It has been a week and a half since my report about skynet and still I have not heard anything from them. <br> <br> This shows skynet does not care about feedback from customers about their service and do not care if their employees have bad intentions when picking up parcels from customers. <br> <br> Skynet is not a reliable company and I would not recommend it to anyone!
We joined planet fitness wanderers at a time when they didn't allow clients to use any gym as they do now. We joined them immidiatly cancelled (the next day) because it was far away from our house and no one wanted to travel so far to the gym. We gave a guy named promise a letter stating that we would like to cancel the membership. We called him on numerous occasions and we were assured that he had done it and the membership was canceled. <br> <br> Now we have moved closer and would like to take out a membership only to find out that he did not do his job and we \owe\" planet fitness close to 9000 which is absolutely ridiculous! <br> <br> We tried to get the problem sorted out for weeks now by forwarding supporting documents to prove we had cancelled and no one is willing to help us. We call and they very unprofessionally cut us off so we can't train at the gym because we can't take out a membership because we \"owe\" money. <br> <br> This just shows that planet fitness doesn't care about its customers only about money and if this problem is not sorted out at the earliest I will take my business elsewhere! "
Yesterday a guy named Greg from sky net came to collect my GHD from my house so that it can be sent to GHD for repairs. Upon arrival he asked for the GHD, we then asked him for proof of collection or a wayvil, as soon as we asked for this he turned defensive shouting at me saying that he doesn't have one and if I ask him again then he will leave and not take the GHD, however the day before GHD had told me to insist on proof of collection so I didn't give him the GHD and told him I will not give it until he gives me proof of collection. He then started screaming at me telling me that this is not his job so I asked his name which he refused to give me so not even sure if the name he gave me later on was the correct one. I then said ok rather leave the GHD and I will call GHD and explain the story to them. I then went down and took down his number plate which is VDP 954 GP. Then his whole tune changed. He went to his car and got the wayvil which shows he had ill intentions. I am very upset about this and feel as though staff that display this kind of characteristics are dishonest and will continue to be dishonest.
I have two problems. 1st I keep getting charges for cancelled trips but I am not canceling the trips. 2nd I took an uber and the driver took me to the wrong place then he took me to the place I requested and I had to pay for the whole trip even though uber is supposed to take you to the place you request via the app.
