I bought an Ultra explorer from On Air in March 2024 with a warranty of 12 months. I in October I called them to say the explorer is faulty and wanted to know about the warranty. They advised me that the warranty is no longer valid for 12 months but only 3 months from date of purchase. The never informed me about the change in warranty. All they are saying now is sorry and they are apologizing for the inconvenience, meanwhile I must still pay my monthly premium until March 2026. Please be aware. I feel I was ****med.
Good day I had an accident in September 2022, my insurance arranged a hired car for me through Avis. We had the car for a month. on returning the car it had n chip on the windscreen, smaller than a 10cent coin. They billed me R5500 for the replacement of the whole windscreen. I asked them whether they have insurance on their cars, on which they replied they have not. I battle to believe that you can have a fleet of cars with no insurance. I ask the consultant what would my payment have been if I was in an accident on which he replied R4000. This means that it would have been cheaper to write off the car instead if just pay for the repair on the windshield. they willing to write off debt of eg over R100 000 , but not for a windshield. If I had the chip repaired at PG glass it would have cost me r600, but instead I had to pay R5500. What a rip off. I hope I never have to rent a car from them ever again. I will rather stick to Europcar. I never experienced such drama with them (and I rented numerous cars from them when on holiday.
Good day I had 2 car claims in September / October 2022. I just want to commend Outsurance for their outstanding service. We are well aware that we pay for services, but the outstanding customer service also helps in your time of difficulty
Good day I am battling since August 2019 to get a response out of Spot on Cleaners. they submitted a IRP5 for my son in 2018-2019 financial year whilst he was not working there anymore. Sars wants my son to pay them r8000 +- because of their mistake. they only come with excuses but not answers. I gave them the option to pay Sars the money or reverse their IRP 5 but to no avail. Meanwhile my son is stressing because he hasn't got that kind of money. please advice.
