This private institution has the worst administration in comparison to cheaper government tertiary institutes. Unless they are trying to collect money, there is no communication to the students about changes and even when you try and contact them about money be it telephonically or via email they either pass the buck, do not respond or outright lie. The registration process takes up to 5 hours in person and after that they still make continuous financial and clerical errors. While the lecturers are competent, it is clear that Eduvos (formerly Pearson, Stellenbosch Gradute Institute, MGI... wonder why the name has so much in 3 years?) is a business before a school. There is no communication within the departments from finance to registration, making it seem either that there are no competent staff or just a clear lack of care in assisting. Eduvos will send sms reminding of due payments(often incorrect) but never send an invoice, what business works like? It is highly advised to avoid this institution as their are better places to spend upwards of R70k a year.

I generally enjoy uber. However, on the 25th of November I ordered an uber with a driver who couldn't start the trip due to a "faulty connection". He then proceeded to pull over and spend 15 minutes wasting my time and suggesting that I order another car. I was in a hurry and only after a further 5 minutes did he realise he was out of data. He took his full payment in the rudest fashion after wasting my time. Not such a great experience
