Khumalo Masondo Attorneys
Ekurhuleni allegedly handed me over for rates and taxes on a brand new property without informing me of any account outstanding. I immediately responded, got a statement and start paying the outstanding amount monthly. Now I am constantly harassed by Khumalo Masondo Attorneys with all sorts of threats, without paying attention to emails sent either from me or my lawyer. I will be blacklisted because of this. When I reconciled my accounts since November 2023 I picked up an error on the account which was not brought under the attention of their client, Ekurhuleni. They provide me with different banking details, wrong reference and just keep on saying I am in arrears which I am not.

UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDERS
<p>CONTINUOUS DEBIT ORDERS DEDUCTING BEFORE CONTRACTUAL DATE:</p> <p>Please see my emails below with regards to communication relating to December deductions.
