<p>The movers arrived almost an hour late and I wasn't contacted at all to let me know they would be late. I called the office and was told they would follow up and call me back, but never did and I had to call them again. When they finally did arrive, they didn't bring all the packaging material that I had requested and paid for. They transported some of my furniture with no covering whatsoever. I was unhappy at this stage, but was told once they had packed all my furniture in the back of their small truck, that it would not be delivered until I paid the balance of the invoice and provided proof. I then offered for the driver to follow me to my destination (even though I had already provided the address to them), and while following me on the less than 2km journey, they took a wrong turn and got lost. I had to call them to find out where they were (they had no airtime so couldn't call me) and then spent 20 minutes driving up and down Jan Smuts looking for them because they told me they were waiting at the Caltex, instead of the BP garage where they were actually waiting. </p> <p>Later that day I contacted the head office to complain and followed up with an email detailing the complaint, which I was told would be passed on to management and responded to. I still have not received a response after almost 2 months, despite further emails and phone calls to follow up.</p>
