Shocking Service
We had an absolute nightmare. The day started off with the truck arriving 2.5 hours late. I phoned to follow up and was told that they’ll be there any minute. When they eventually arrived they did not have the necessary material to wrap and package. I also paid a premium for packing and unpacking services which never took place as they arrived 2.5 hours late. On the way to the new house the staff opened one of my premium Whiskey Collections and got so drunk that they dropped various pieces of furniture from the top of the truck all the way on the tar. The inside of the house suffered as well as they knocked off the plaster on the corners of just about every room. I phoned the company and they assured me that the manager is on their way, but never arrived. I subsequently phoned on the Monday to report the issues, but never got a call back despite several promises. I eventually got a hold of the owner who had the most arrogant attitude I’ve ever experienced. He absolutely refused to take responsibility and told me that you move at your own risk.

Shocking Service

RANBURG MOVERS - BAD BAD BAD
Everyone thinking of moving please take my advise and never ever use Randburg Movers. They are a bunch of incompetent, dishonest thief’s. They will take your money, brake half your furniture, admit that they broke it in transit and not pay you one sent for it even though you took out transit insurance. They are the worst of the worst. So sad that incompetent, dishonest, useless people like that get away with their disgusting behavior and service,

Everyone thinking of moving please take my advise and never ever use Randburg Movers. They are a bunch of incompetent, dishonest thief’s. They will take your money, brake half your furniture, admit that they broke it in transit and not pay you one sent for it even though you took out transit insurance. They are the worst of the worst. So sad that incompetent, dishonest, useless people like that get away with their disgusting behavior and service,

Excellent Service
<p>This is the third time i have used Randburg movers and am incredibly happy with their service. Their staff are always helpful and make the move stress free. I changed moving dates more than 3 times, and their friendly staff were so accomodating and patient. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you for the brilliant service. Excellent Service

Disappointing Move
<p>Absolutely horrendous service!</p> <p>Most members of the moving team were clearly drunk and as a result they damaged two of my couches and scratched my dining room table.</p> <p>Despite taking out insurance Randburg Movers will not assist me in claiming against said insurance. They are willing to take your money for insurance but not to actually pay out should a claim arise.</p> <p>Another issue is that their driver did not know how to find either the collection point or the delivery point - Surely if they charge R484 per kilometer (which is what they charged me) they can afford to buy their driver a gps?</p> <p>They were also unapologetic about the complaints raised.</p> <p>Avoid doing business with them at all costs!</p>

Shockingly poor service
<p>The movers arrived almost an hour late and I wasn't contacted at all to let me know they would be late. I called the office and was told they would follow up and call me back, but never did and I had to call them again. When they finally did arrive, they didn't bring all the packaging material that I had requested and paid for. They transported some of my furniture with no covering whatsoever. I was unhappy at this stage, but was told once they had packed all my furniture in the back of their small truck, that it would not be delivered until I paid the balance of the invoice and provided proof. I then offered for the driver to follow me to my destination (even though I had already provided the address to them), and while following me on the less than 2km journey, they took a wrong turn and got lost. I had to call them to find out where they were (they had no airtime so couldn't call me) and then spent 20 minutes driving up and down Jan Smuts looking for them because they told me they were waiting at the Caltex, instead of the BP garage where they were actually waiting. </p> <p>Later that day I contacted the head office to complain and followed up with an email detailing the complaint, which I was told would be passed on to management and responded to. I still have not received a response after almost 2 months, despite further emails and phone calls to follow up.</p>

Good Move
Needed to move some furniture from Blairgowrie to Greenside.<br> Contact with the company was fast and efficient. Truck arrived on time. Workers were polite and efficient.<br> Excellent experience thank you.

Stress Free Move
January the 28th I contacted Randburg Movers with an urgent request to assist in my Move that needed to take place on the 1st of February from my old home to storage and then from storage to my new home again on 15th February.<br> <br> On the morning of the 1st which I was dreading, I opened my front door at 9:05am to the sight of Randburg Movers Truck standing ready and waiting with their uniformed team eager to start packing up and boxing my items.<br> Each box was numbered and marked as per room, sealed and loaded onto the truck by one part of the team while the other staff continued loading my furniture and the team leader making an inventory as each item entered the truck.<br> I appreciated the team effort and how organised they were, and for making my experience go so smoothly.<br> By 12 o clock my house was all packed up and loaded in the truck and we were off to their storage units.<br> On arrival the Storage manager opened up a unit and confirmed that what was on the Inventory list was in fact loaded into the unit. That went alot quicker than I expected and great care was taken that my stuff was packed neatly and safe. Delivery on 15 Feb was even smoother and I recommend Randburg Movers.

Stress Free Move
