I am very dissatisfied with the poor costumer service I received from this company and based on my experience I would strongly advise that no one take up a contract with CitiProtection. They misrepresented information to me and had me sign a digital contract which bound me for two years, even though I had to buy all the equipment outright, and when I wished to cancel the agreement due to poor service received they held me liable for the full contract amount outstanding. After arguing the fairness of it they offered me a penalty payment of R2694 "as a sign of good will" instead of the full R5388. I cannot stress this enough...NO ONE SHOULD EVER ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THIS DECEIPTFUL COMPANY!!
I recently upgraded from a premier account to a private clients account and was looking forward to having the support of a private banker whom they call "your go to guy". Very quickly I discovered that my go to guy or girl in my instance was never available on her landline or mobile phone and that she took forever to respond to emails or messages loaded on the website. She's also only in the office until 16:30 after which I have to deal with more incompetent persons if I ever get through. I was happy with the service received as a premier client and could phone and sort most issues out after hours. With private banking I could not even sort issues out during office hours. In my opinion nobody should ever upgrade and pay the additional monthy charge for less service. I really like FNB and would have liked to rate the bank a 5 but the past couple of months have been agonizing because of poor support.
My fiber internet keeps on going down and I have spent more than 5 hours on the phone with these idiots over the past three months (all at my expense off course because their sms service is being ignored) and they still do not know why my service is being interrupted... There are no managers available to escalate my queries to and I am so frustrated. Afrihost is at the epitome of incompetence and should not offer a service which they are incapable of delivering.
<p>Absolutely horrendous service!</p> <p>Most members of the moving team were clearly drunk and as a result they damaged two of my couches and scratched my dining room table.</p> <p>Despite taking out insurance Randburg Movers will not assist me in claiming against said insurance. They are willing to take your money for insurance but not to actually pay out should a claim arise.</p> <p>Another issue is that their driver did not know how to find either the collection point or the delivery point - Surely if they charge R484 per kilometer (which is what they charged me) they can afford to buy their driver a gps?</p> <p>They were also unapologetic about the complaints raised.</p> <p>Avoid doing business with them at all costs!</p>
