Exceptional Service from a service agent at Ideal Prepaid
I had an awesome experience with Mongezi Mbomvu (a service agent) at Ideal Prepaid. Mongezi went above and beyond to sort out our issue & phoned me more than 5 times to make sure our issue was sorted. Thank you Mongezi for the exceptional service!

Don't expect any service from Absa Idirect !!
I have been trying to lodge a claim for Pothole damage since the 20th of December and have spoken to over 20 people at Absa insurance. Still have NOT had anyone call me back. I am officially cancelling my insurance. Absa seriously, this is quite possibly the worst insurance cover in SA

VW - shocking customer care!!
I am absolutely shocked by the after service at VW South Africa. I bought a brand new Polo GTI 2 months. I hit a pot hole a week ago and was then told that I need to buy 2 tyres as opposed to 1 as VW hadn't brought in any more of that brand. Lindsay Saker then advised that VW will give me 3 tyres for free (in a different brand) and i can pay for 1, which i was happy with. 7 days later and i cannot get any feedback. I then get to deal with Earl in customer service at VW.. Probably the rudest and most unhelpful human being I have encountered and he is in CUSTOMER CARE ?? He then informs me I will have to wait for another 5 days to get my tyres, so that VW can negotiate pricing !! Are you kidding me??? My car must sit in the garage (unable to drive) for 2 weeks so that VW can haggle for pricing on tyres, after i paid 500k for a car !! I am disgusted. I will NEVER buy another VW in my life !!

ABSA Shocking Service
This is quite possibly the worst service I have EVER experienced I have been trying to get feedback from Absa on a credit card application for over a month, and they simply ignore your mails Well now I will be closing my cheque account and cancelling my car insurance through Absa, because they simply DO NOT value clients at all

Excellent Service
<p>This is the third time i have used Randburg movers and am incredibly happy with their service. Their staff are always helpful and make the move stress free. I changed moving dates more than 3 times, and their friendly staff were so accomodating and patient. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you for the brilliant service.
