Not happy with S.M. Plumbing
I am not at all happy with the service of S.M. Plumbing. Diogo contractors. My glass top and basin exploded a couple of hours after the plumbers left. They replaced the drain pipe and must have tightened the drain seal too tight that caused the destruction of my basin and glass top. I have had advice from another installer that the above had been the cause of the glass basin exploding. 3. I also asked the team to connect the hot water to my toploader washing machine. The team leader went outside and asked me whether it was allowed by the Trustees to put pipes outside for connection to the hot water as there was no connection. He then went to the washing machine and said that there are 2 taps for hot and cold water. He tried the tap for hot water. It didnt work. He then said I need a new tap. I said ok assuming that he was correct. He came back with 2 new taps and the outlet for the basin. He then replaced the taps and came to the conclusion there was no connection to the hot water. Therefore it was a complete waste of money to buy the taps since there was no connection to the hot water. If he would have been experienced plumber he would of realised this without going to this extra expense for me. Complete waste of money. I now have to replace the basin and unit at a cost of R10 000.00. I am most unhappy and feel their offer to connect a new unit without cost is not worth the relacement cost of the unit. They have denied responsibility. I paid their account.

Product is a rip off. Coco Chanel reject perfume. No frsgrance aftet a couple of seconds.
I ordered a reject bottle of coco chanel from the above company. Delivery was exception it arrived the next day in Johannesburg. I paid R499.00 for this bottle. The perfume obviously doesnt have the same fragrance as the one in the stores. That is understandable. However when one sprays the perfume on the body the fragrance lasts a few seconds. Disappears immediately. I think this company should refund the R499.00 to me. Very unhappy a lot of money for a product with no fragrance.
