POOR, SUB-STANDARD, USELESS
Please don't use this company. They firstly didn't fix the geyser issue I had, then they put a foot through the ceiling and refuse to pay for their own negligence. Finally when I complained about the water not being hot, they wanted me to pay for something I had already paid for in the quote. They are dishonest and unrealible. Stay away from them.

Please don't use this company. They firstly didn't fix the geyser issue I had, then they put a foot through the ceiling and refuse to pay for their own negligence. Finally when I complained about the water not being hot, they wanted me to pay for something I had already paid for in the quote. They are dishonest and unrealible. Stay away from them.

Not happy with S.M. Plumbing
I am not at all happy with the service of S.M. Plumbing. Diogo contractors. My glass top and basin exploded a couple of hours after the plumbers left. They replaced the drain pipe and must have tightened the drain seal too tight that caused the destruction of my basin and glass top. I have had advice from another installer that the above had been the cause of the glass basin exploding. 3. I also asked the team to connect the hot water to my toploader washing machine. The team leader went outside and asked me whether it was allowed by the Trustees to put pipes outside for connection to the hot water as there was no connection. He then went to the washing machine and said that there are 2 taps for hot and cold water. He tried the tap for hot water. It didnt work. He then said I need a new tap. I said ok assuming that he was correct. He came back with 2 new taps and the outlet for the basin. He then replaced the taps and came to the conclusion there was no connection to the hot water. Therefore it was a complete waste of money to buy the taps since there was no connection to the hot water. If he would have been experienced plumber he would of realised this without going to this extra expense for me. Complete waste of money. I now have to replace the basin and unit at a cost of R10 000.00. I am most unhappy and feel their offer to connect a new unit without cost is not worth the relacement cost of the unit. They have denied responsibility. I paid their account.
