Unprofessional staff
Highly dissatisfied with unprofessional staff of pep cell store in protea Glen mall. Went to pay for DSTV and the assistant said there was no change. While I'm suggesting to use an alternative way of paying Zinhle was already calling the next client before finishing my transaction. As she saw I was ****ed off as I moved back for the next client she still calls me to come over so that she can assist both of us at the same time. I think you need train your staff as people come as paying clients not beggars.

Discrimination at it's best
One of the good baking supplier when it comes to products but very discriminating racial. I experienced it when I had to stand for more than 30mins on the que to print just a mere edible picture and only African people were on the que. Asian people were being helped as they walk in. The Africans on the que tried to ask but their complain was not taken into consideration and the lady helping said it was her auntie so it has to be in that way. Food for thought, every customer is a paying customer I suggest you learn to customers fairly as we are not coming to beg but to buy. Very disappointed
