<p>Hi. My cellphone screen is cracked due to an accident. I called it in for I do have insurance on my handset. I was told that they do not repair but will replace the handset and that it will take 21 days. After two weeks I followed up on the progress just to be informed that they are in the process of moving and that their system is down. I said to the operator that I will call back the following week. When I tried to call their customer care line (0861 24 33 33 ), the pone was either only just ringing or the call was dropped. I called the head office number (<span class="baec5a81-e4d6-4674-97f3-e9220f0136c1" style="white-space: nowrap;">011- ********** ) </span>as well as the other number (<span class="baec5a81-e4d6-4674-97f3-e9220f0136c1" style="white-space: nowrap;">011- ********** </span>) that also appeared on their website for queries, I also experienced the same thing. I have also sent e-mails to ********** have not received any response. I threatened to reverse my contract monthly installment, and even then I received no response. I eventually did reverse my premium in the hope that they will contact me as to why I did it, still nothing. I have no clue on what to do next...my cellphone just went dead yesterday... I don't know why because it did not fall or... I am frustrated and furious because the promise of service delivery is no where to be found.</p>
