<p>Last year I bought 5 x AG Mobile cell phones from PEP Cell at President Hyper Vanderbijlpark. They actually gave me a entry level AG Mobile for free because I bought so many.</p> <p>Mid July 2017 these phones started to go into what look like the cmos settings on its own. Nothing you can do canchange it and these phone are now wortless junk. They packed up within days from each other. By the looks off it, they were programmed to just pack up.</p> <p>It appears that AG Mobile were liqudated about 2 years ago. I think PEP Cell must come to the party and supply new cell phones. <p>I have been waiting since last year December waiting for them to contact me about me getting my phone, as my one had been dropped. Still witing on them, their customer service sucks. <p>I need to get in contact urgently regarding the Lifetime warranty when purchasing this phone on contract.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am still paying for this phone and it is giving a lot of problems.</p> <p> </p> <p>How can you just dissapear as I see in previous comments by your customers?</p>

<p>Good day my name is marlene in 2015 october i purchased a ag ghost mobile thru cell c since i was promised a 24hour lifteme waranty and repair or replaced phone nw this number is not working ive been to cel c outlets and contacted ag mobile with no reply being told there are no parts to fix the phone yet i pay evry month ive no parts are availble then why not give a replacement phone ive been batling back and forth for a year now and call centre dont get back to me im now considering going to the consumer ombudsman kind regards marlene ********** 045</p>

<p>I paid AG mobile every month regarding what they call protection plan for your cellphone if it gets damaged.</p> <p>i Couldnt get hold of them from October 2016 in November i lodged the claim finally got hold of them and they denied ever changing their numbers , but the one on the website is not working.so as customers how will we get your number if the one on the web are incorrect?anyway i called and they lodge the claim gave me a ref and they never got back to me.End of November i called a Lady called thembi and she advised the company is liquidated.!then what about my phone that was paid for every month and you said you will deliver within10 working days???she said she cant do anything everything has been frozen.till to date im stuck with a broken phone and nobody can fix it.the premiums are still going off my account but i stopped them now.</p>

<p>i have been waiting 3 months now for AG to give me a call about my screen replacement which was gaurenteed to me. Have been waiting since October 2016. This is ridiculous, it should not take this long to get a new phone, as of now im still waiting for them to call or email me.This is not a good impression as im using this product for the first time, shows me they dont care about their customers.</p> <p>if you have any response, you can email me at **********

<p>Hi. My cellphone screen is cracked due to an accident. I called it in for I do have insurance on my handset. I was told that they do not repair but will replace the handset and that it will take 21 days. After two weeks I followed up on the progress just to be informed that they are in the process of moving and that their system is down. I said to the operator that I will call back the following week. When I tried to call their customer care line (0861 24 33 33 ), the pone was either only just ringing or the call was dropped. I called the head office number (<span class="baec5a81-e4d6-4674-97f3-e9220f0136c1" style="white-space: nowrap;">011- ********** ) </span>as well as the other number (<span class="baec5a81-e4d6-4674-97f3-e9220f0136c1" style="white-space: nowrap;">011- ********** </span>) that also appeared on their website for queries, I also experienced the same thing. I have also sent e-mails to ********** have not received any response. I threatened to reverse my contract monthly installment, and even then I received no response. I eventually did reverse my premium in the hope that they will contact me as to why I did it, still nothing. I have no clue on what to do next...my cellphone just went dead yesterday... I don't know why because it did not fall or... I am frustrated and furious because the promise of service delivery is no where to be found.</p>
