Bad service from takelot.com
Really bad service as a first time customer orederd a smart watch it arrived and the straps was defective we did not realise about the free pen that comes with the watch a lodged a return up on phoning them i was told mixing items like the free pen i really don't care about the pen just wanted the watch they delivered it back again once i was inside and opened the box now the charger of the watch is missing id really won't I recommend anyone to buy from them i think there staff at the warehouse is helping them self when they pack the goods

Bad service
Ive been banking with absa for 13 years today i wanted to eft money to my wife who despratley needed money for milk for her baby ive stand 45mins in a que got to a consultant give them my bank card and my pin no i got to show my id i did not have it on me but provided them with a photo of my id and id numer refuse to help me il be closing my acount and move over to standard this was the lambton branche

Stealing
I had my car at this workshop in kempton the owner already knew his bankrupr yet agreed to fix my car all it needed was a linbo sensor and a service heard nothing from the workshop manager after eft 25thousand rand they closed the shop down and run away with my money they blew my engine and my gearbox and a turbo ive met with franchise owners to discus way forward and it was agreed that they wil cover some of the cost it got towed to acdc benoni centre to ricky fixing the engine now the gearbox is broken as wel ive been with out a car for almost a year and due to this have lost my job i feel acdc car service city centre should take full responsibilty for this i payed for a new batery yet not replaced and as mentioned they blew my motor and gearbox estimate damage 90thoudand rand have been payed to these people and im stil with out a car ********** 927 kind regards Hendry

Machine not being repaired under gaurantee
<p>Good day on the 9th of september last year 2016 we bough a defy washing machine for 3000 cash the sales person said that all components are coverd under warranty 4months later the machine just stared leaking water we phoned a technician from defy he came and have a look and said we must pay 1500 to repair because we where neglent evryones clothes have coin stuck or curtain railing but they now said they wil Not replace we must pay firstly the sales lady didint told us the washing bin is made out of plastick instead of steel i will never buy from Makro edenvale again or no defy Brand my mother is a elderly citizen and we tought by geting her a new machine it wil make her life much easier please people makro are full of crooks this can happen to anyone wil they like it ive the shop owner buy new car and tomorow brakedown and his waranty says sorry this is real bad service</p>

Bad warranty service
Good day in last year april I bought a second hand. Car from. Lisa reposesion bank on arrival I received this warranty that promised that in a eveny of a. Mechanical failure they wil pay I also received a a vehicle inspection sheet to confirm all. Drive belts and engine components have been checkd I've not even drive 2000kms and had to repair tensioner pully and a relay. Switch the motor waranty did not want to pay this two months later my engine seized due to the previos owner who had it and then sold. It to the motor dealer thy repaired the water pump and bolts incorectly nw I'm being told. That they won't pay but my inspection sheets from the warranty states all. Components have been check. I am taking legal action against. This warranty due to all the money I've lost unfortnutley I only got my car back. 4 months later due to parts that I had to weighted for to. Come from germany also carte Blanche wil be visiting ure premises soon how can u promise in ure booklet ease of mind and components coverd. Do I have to be punished from previos owner u had the vechile for. Inspection policy number gwg 2062

Motor city radio centre
Good day in last year december I took my car for repairs at motoradio netstar germiston I was told it was only the camshaft sensor I went to fetch my car after I was told its. I. Did not even drove out of the premises and the car broke I. Opend up the hood and to my discovery the the engine cover was not even replaced I was then told the starter went and they have to replace it the following day I was told my engine have broken due to the cambelt that have broken and repairs would be 12000 to fix I then. Contacted my vechile warranty for asistance up on there arival the motor was not even striped after I was told its already striped they discoverd that the cambelt did not broke but a faulty crankshaft pulley I then proceeded with repairs and payed the amount requested to my amaze ment I waited almost 5months as this mechanick cameron was never at work or. Had family. Isues. I finaly. Went to fetch my. Car. But got told there grinding. Sound coming. From the. Starter as its stil new. And it needs to be worked thru witch was not the case it was the water pump failing. I payed so much for repairs due to. People lying to me kind regards Hendry

Over charghing clients
Good I'm interly upset with absa bank I'm uneployed for the last 8months I live on a budget of R1000 a month I recently had to sell my car so that I can have funds in my acount I can they Charghe me R500. Banking fee I'll be closing my acount and move over to capiteck. I needed this money kind regards Hendry
