Warranty Solutions
Based on recent customer reviews, Warranty Solutions faces significant customer dissatisfaction primarily around claims being refused or only partially paid out. Multiple clients report that service plan costs far exceed the amounts the company authorises for vehicle repairs, with several describing the experience as misleading. Customers frequently cite rude and unprofessional staff, particularly during the claims process. Double debits and billing discrepancies have also been raised. A small number of positive reviews praise individual consultants for knowledgeable and helpful service, but these are heavily outweighed by negative experiences.

Warranty solutions is a ****. They refused to pay for my service after they were deducting money from my bank. I had to pay for myself after service but I’ve been paying warranty solutions for every month.

I am a long standing client with warranty solutions spoke to farhanab who confirmed my premium .they further went on to confirm via email. Due to me signing up they have my banking details.out of nowhere my account has been double debited not sure why as no call received that premium will move from R441.00 to almost R1300 .Total of R823 has been taken without my knowledge. It is so sad because not even once have I not paid them even when they unfairly pay the service R6500.00 But I as a client feel I have been ****** and ****med by the company I thought is assisting I am awaiting your earliest response as I do need my money back

I signed a motor warranty and service plan with Warranty Solutions in May 2025. When I joined, the consultant informed me that I could service my vehicle at any workshop of my choice and that the company would cover the full cost. However, on 23 October 2025, I booked my vehicle for a major service at Mercedes-Benz, and the quote was R13,638.00. Warranty Solutions only authorised R6,475.00, which led me to cancel the booking and look for a cheaper option. I then received a quote from Bosch for R7,436.31, but Warranty Solutions authorised only R4,206.20. I am not satisfied with these partial authorisations, as they do not align with what was promised to me at the time of signing the contract. Due to this misleading information and the inconvenience caused, I would like to request a refund of all payments made from May 2025 to September 2025 and to cancel my contract with Warranty Solutions.

Their service plan is not worth it. They have too many limitations, as such in total you pay more than what they will be offering you. The only service plan that they ever paid for in full is R1900.00. and for a service that was R22 000.00 , they paid around R6500,00. and the rest has to come from you. What they offer is not realistic compared to your car service requirements. You actually pay them more than they pay for your service. If you decide to take a policy with them, run through what they offer and compare with the costs associated with servicing your car. I have done balance sheet and actually realized i could've saved money. Their processes and requirements will never be explained when you sign up. At instances of enquiry, you will have to deal with an extreme level of arrogance from their agents.
