Warranty Solutions
Based on recent customer reviews, Warranty Solutions is receiving predominantly negative feedback centred on claims handling and contract transparency. Customers consistently mention partial authorisations on service costs, with reviewers reporting that payouts fall well short of workshop quotes. A recurring theme involves disputes over covered components, unexpected debit order increases, and allegations of sign-ups occurring without proper consent. While a few clients praise individual consultants for knowledgeable and helpful service, the dominant narrative reflects frustration with perceived loopholes, poor communication during active claims, and dissatisfaction with management responses.

I just got signed up on a warranty contract without my knowledge. I got a copy of a contract with my personal email address and banking details, but the home address and contact number does not belong to me and the vehicle details are blank. I think someone from the company may be signing up ghost customers because how do you draft a contract without any contact with the customer and the only details you have of them is where you will be taking the money from and how to email them? No vehicle details, no signature, nothing?

Warranty solutions is a ****. They refused to pay for my service after they were deducting money from my bank. I had to pay for myself after service but I’ve been paying warranty solutions for every month.

I am a long standing client with warranty solutions spoke to farhanab who confirmed my premium .they further went on to confirm via email. Due to me signing up they have my banking details.out of nowhere my account has been double debited not sure why as no call received that premium will move from R441.00 to almost R1300 .Total of R823 has been taken without my knowledge. It is so sad because not even once have I not paid them even when they unfairly pay the service R6500.00 But I as a client feel I have been ****** and ****med by the company I thought is assisting I am awaiting your earliest response as I do need my money back

I signed a motor warranty and service plan with Warranty Solutions in May 2025. When I joined, the consultant informed me that I could service my vehicle at any workshop of my choice and that the company would cover the full cost. However, on 23 October 2025, I booked my vehicle for a major service at Mercedes-Benz, and the quote was R13,638.00. Warranty Solutions only authorised R6,475.00, which led me to cancel the booking and look for a cheaper option. I then received a quote from Bosch for R7,436.31, but Warranty Solutions authorised only R4,206.20. I am not satisfied with these partial authorisations, as they do not align with what was promised to me at the time of signing the contract. Due to this misleading information and the inconvenience caused, I would like to request a refund of all payments made from May 2025 to September 2025 and to cancel my contract with Warranty Solutions.
