In the 14 March I ordered pizza from debonair which amounted to R244 including delivery. I paid with a card .the delivery guy said it declined and I paid cash . Upon checking my bank statement I realized they double charge me .card never decline and he also took cash .he never provided a decline slip.As a client that always order from them I never thought I could be ****med like that . So instead of R244 I paid R488 for pizza
On the 19 of November I bought groceries at spar Lyttleton.when I got to the till .this cashier tells me my bank card is declining .I was rushing time as it about 16:44 hence I just decided to make transfer and pay . When I got home it appears they charged me R637.88 twice.when I enquired with my bank they confirmed even submitted a screen short .when I call spar I seem to be getting a run around as they ask for my account number .I tried to explain gave them a date a till sleep with the name Josephine matlala.but I was not given a declined slip I I fact was told they throw them away.so I can't claim through my bank making them not pay twice they said they will pay as long as PSA is claiming . When I check my statement a week later transaction is still not appearing. My question is can't they trace using the information I gave to them .I am on the other side scared to provide them with my bank account as already I feel ****med by the trusted shop. But my money nothing till date
I am a long standing client with warranty solutions spoke to farhanab who confirmed my premium .they further went on to confirm via email. Due to me signing up they have my banking details.out of nowhere my account has been double debited not sure why as no call received that premium will move from R441.00 to almost R1300 .Total of R823 has been taken without my knowledge. It is so sad because not even once have I not paid them even when they unfairly pay the service R6500.00 But I as a client feel I have been ****** and ****med by the company I thought is assisting I am awaiting your earliest response as I do need my money back
In the 20th of September 2025 I received a voucher and I was told I won .due to the day being weekend everyone who is anyone took my contact details and I was made to believe I will be contacted on Monday.Come Monday no contact was made .till date no voucher won or redeemed..The compensation was yfm/Vodacom unlock summer .I was never told it is all an act .I instead was told for me to win I have to buy data Vodacom. For R100 had to spend the last money I had cause I thought such a big company like Vodacom will never mislead people,worse I have been using the network for more than 15 years.
I have been a loyal client of Absa bank from the age 14 today I am 27 .what disgust me is recently on my account for the past 3 months there has been an unknown debit of R435 happening.i have never authorised .it just happened .I feel Absa is taking advantage of sickly clients .I am unemployed, currently not well even unable to walk money is maintainable from a parent and it is taken by Absa has allowed an unknown source to deduct who authorized .not sure.consodering the economy state and the fact that I have Absa deducting from know where it really disappoints me
After the complaint I lodged Milady's failed to contact me for assistance and clarity,but on the response I was told they are attending to it and will contact me . Now I receive a SMS advising me to pay I need clarity as far as I am concerned I am done paying this shop ,but I feel like now I am being ****med as I am supposed to continuously pay for something I don't know. I put no trust in Milady's Mr price group and will not advise anyone to use or get an account in any of their shop.ref mila03797
I received a call from a call centre consultant by the name of nomusa.she said she is phoning from Milady's and she is reminding me of the R400 agreement made .upon me wanting to ask there is a person who called in May 2025 she told me of R982 and I have made payment of 280+300+400 how much exactly am I owing for confirmation and verification purposes.she was not interested to listen She tolde "I called you to pay " she hung up. I always respected and thought Milady's and stuff were good but what I heard is a non empathetic, ***********,rude , consultant who I have no idea why is she employed there when she fails to listen. I urge the company to refrain this person .assess listening skills as she has none . If. It were up to me she is not deserving of the employment there or any call centre Kindly forward to relevant dept .I need her dealt with
Bad, ****mers, ***********,leaving me in high debts .I want that off my line . consultant told me the company is migrating all clients.i specifically said anything more than what I am earning I am not agreeing.she strongly said I will not be affected but now my account is twice the normal account I pay and I am struggling to pay it .all this is frustrating as I am trying to adhere to the agreement I initially made with Vodacom ,but they left in high dry debt.can the management please attend to this as Feel it will drive me to an early grave

I lost my id and driver's license then went to dept of home affairs in Maponya mall.i was told I can't get a license without starting with id .I then did the id procedure and paid R140 proceeded for licence where I was asked to pay R70 for temporary license . I did get my license ,however I'd dololo.when I went to enquire ,gave them proof of payment.I was told even by the manager that the money I paid was not for id but was for drivers license which has id they asked me to rebook and start the process where I will again have to pay for another id to be made . My question is what happened to the R140 that I paid in Nov 2024 ?and does it make sense for payment of R140 for drivers with id .. I feel dept of home affairs Maponya has ****med me .as I did pay R70 which they asked for drivers . What disgusted me more is the manager telling me a nonsensical story of drivers with id . Dept of home affairs has wasted my time .I am unemployed and they chow the little I have for what .I honestly need help as this tells me it's something they do most ppl and thinking how many R140 are chowed everyday. The govt ppl are employed but still sick up on unemployed people. This is disgusting service which I received as a south african.and them telling me lies as if I don't know what I did .
