No Service, cancelled my contract. 1. I had to cancel their service due to them not providing the service as promised per contract. I was reliant on their service for my daughter’s online classes. 2. On their recommendation, I took a 20 meg package, it did not work. Again on their recommendation I upgraded to a 50 meg package, which once again did not work. As a matter of fact, on 18 November 2023 a consultant told me when I logged a problem, “Unfortunately that’s the way Airfibre can be sometimes, even normal fibre does not guarantee that you will get 50 megs”. I then told her that its not the right answer to give your client, her response “Okay I will escalate it”. 3. From the start the service were not good and the connection were also not good. 4. I personally removed their dish from my house, and kept it in a safe place for the. They just had to collect it, which they eventually did after some time.
Signed up for 20 meg, only got 12 meg, they suggested that i upgrade to a 50 meg package, then only did i get between 18 & 20 meg. I logged a call. The consultant then told me that, "that is how it is with Air Fibre, 50meg is never guaranteed". I asked her to escalate it to management and asked that thy must call me. Untill now waiting for that call. Why charge me for 50 meg but only give 20 meg. I accidently made a double payment, still waiting for refund.

Last year I bought 5 x AG Mobile cell phones from PEP Cell at President Hyper Vanderbijlpark. They actually gave me a entry level AG Mobile for free because I bought so many.

Mid July 2017 these phones started to go into what look like the cmos settings on its own. Nothing you can do canchange it and these phone are now wortless junk. They packed up within days from each other. By the looks off it, they were programmed to just pack up.

It appears that AG Mobile were liqudated about 2 years ago. I think PEP Cell must come to the party and supply new cell phones. PEP sold it, they must be held resposible.

Kind Regards

J Lawson

I requested my cell nr to be ported. The request was on 2 June 2016. It is the 6 June and nothing happened yet. I was told it is withe the porting dept to be released. Numerious calls and longe periods on the fhone, it is still not resolved. The promise is, "we will send a email to request the releas". When i ask to speak to a manager, i am put on hold for 15 minutes plus. My nr is on prepaid, 0781371806. I spoke to Mpho and then later to Linda in the contracts and porting department. I have now been on hold for 25 minutes. Very very POOR service. I did make the right choice to go back to Vodacom.

Kind Regards

Pastor Jaco Lawson
