Jet stores Birchacres all the cashier's there you are disgusting , your mannerism, your service is very shocking and someone need to check you all!! you have an appalling stinking attitude service !!! around 17:35pm I entered the shop At 18:00pm I went to the cashier's to pay to my surprise every cashier was counting money (cashing out) all face down ,no eye contact , I greeted them all kept quiet and didn't even respond,they then tell me the shop is closed adamantly so!!, mind you the time is exactly 18:00 by 18:02 I was at the door to my way out. They didn't even care.They couldn't spare the two minutes to help me. What makes it even sad I was buying these clothes for an orphanage for the kids who are less fortunate , had to rush there after work for that reason. I was so disappointed!!!! Poor kids now I'm will be the disappointment to them ,just because someone who claims to be proud of being a Jet employee couldn't give a damn for 2 minutes.I worked in retail before we have never turned away a customer or let alone give such attitude and bad service not in this manner!!! So many unfortunate people out there ,you all (cashier's &manager)are playing with your jobs and disrespecting customers who support you.You are not grateful!!
<p>I paid AG mobile every month regarding what they call protection plan for your cellphone if it gets damaged.</p> <p>i Couldnt get hold of them from October 2016 in November i lodged the claim finally got hold of them and they denied ever changing their numbers , but the one on the website is not working.so as customers how will we get your number if the one on the web are incorrect?anyway i called and they lodge the claim gave me a ref and they never got back to me.End of November i called a Lady called thembi and she advised the company is liquidated.!then what about my phone that was paid for every month and you said you will deliver within10 working days???she said she cant do anything everything has been frozen.till to date im stuck with a broken phone and nobody can fix it.the premiums are still going off my account but i stopped them now.</p>
<p>MSA phoned me last year 2016 regarding debt review etc they sold themselves to advisig me that they will talk with my creditors so i can pay less installments and funny enough i regret why i said yes as my credit was good...i researched their compaany and saw the bad reviews from other people and i researched what Debt review is all about ,immediatelely when i learned that its a disadvantage to me i cancelled and I had followed a several times witthout MSA properly giving feedback as to how far was the cancellation and whats their process that was the month of July - August..They advised me that they will cancel it and did so telephonically. A month passed , i phoned and they told me it has been cancelled and they are waiting for the case number to cancel what they have authorised to the creditors.I called again in October and they advised it look like they have received the Case number and as soon all is done i will be called and emailed the CANCELLATION LETTER!I phoned again i was told it takes 30 - 90days for them to received the case number,but it doesnt make sense from July and August clearly the 90 days has passed by now!!!I then called again now in jan i received a very rude ,bad attitude consultant and he spoke as if he was trained to give all the answers he gave me,which means im not the only one who phones about the cancellation..he told me i must wait and i asked wait for how long as i have already waited from July till january 2017,he kept on saying you must just wait. During all of this i have been emailing their cancellations,info and queries departments and nobody gets back to me at all and whenerver you phone no one tells you the truth ,and now my creditors are threatening to take legal actions against me as the debt review company hasnt sent the required documents!!!!!!!!Till today i have had nothing from MSA Consultants except for that call they made to me selling me their services and they said should i cancel i will have to pay R2200 of which i did and have proof but still NO SERVICE - NO CANCELLATION - MOSTLY MY LIFE MY CREDIT IS NOW RUINED BECAUSE OF THIS STUPID SERVICE!!i have also requested NCR to assist ive heard nothing from them too.Im so exhausted and stressed...i hope MSA Consultants enjoys ruining peoples lives!!!!!</p>
<p>I bought 2 AG mobile phones and insured them through AG Mobile protection plan. My phone got damaged over the weekend and i have been trying to contact them since monday.I phone close to 50 times a day ,nobody answers the phone it just rings forever and hangs. Or its engaged. I have sent 2 emails still no response.What a bad service,i regret why i used your Protection Plan!</p>
