Hi Guy's, So I wished not to post this review, but I am really disappointed. I have ordered food for the Wonderboom South branch whereby the told me it would be ready in 15 to 20 min. I phoned them after 20 min to confirm that the food is ready for collection. The lady then insisted that they will deliver the food as the delivery guy was on his way to deliver food. I have waited another 20 min and phoned them again to follow up on our delivery whereby the lady said:, "don't worry the guy is coming soon". We then waited another 10 min and phoned again to ask if they can just fined out where the delivery guy is because we need to leave at 6pm. We waited until 6 pm and we still haven't received any phone call. We then went to pizza perfect self, the delivery guy was sitting there are not delivering food. The lady then informed my boyfriend that I said I will come and collect the food. I am really disappointed in them, as we are regular customer. This is not the first incident where a client was unhappy with their service due to the staffs miscommunication. I really hope that the owners will address the situation. Kind Regards
When checking in we where told that we have to pay for the full week even though we said we pay only stay for a few days. The guy who assisted us said that we can get a refund on our money There are no refund boards Please be careful before you pay
<p>On my sheet street account option plans was loaded when I phone customer service they tell me that I must go to nearest sheet street to cancel it which I have done TWO times now and every month the still bill me for it!! Any help?? </p>
<p>I have a loan account with Capitec and they deduct the monthly installment.</p> <p>I just received a call saying that I still owe them money and that I made a transfer with the incorrect amount which I did not.</p> <p>I even received a message saying that the money was deducted.</p> <p>Please help!!!!!</p>
