I can’t stop buying from IBC!!!
I’ve have never met a business that I love more I cannot stop buying from them! Quality is amazing! Service is outstanding and my favourite part is their communication you always know what’s happening with your order. Love them! 10/10

Worst service ever!!!
Worst service ever!!! I ordered a sign 2 months ago and all they have is excuses promises keep being made and not delivered! There’s always some or other issue or they are avoiding my calls and ignoring my emails they where quick to take my money but can’t even deliver what the promised. They don’t want to give a refund after I told them to do it if they can’t provide the service yet they continue to just avoid me! I’m still waiting for my sign!!! I would not recommend at all!!!!

Worst Service Ever!!
<p>I am So dissapointented with the service i have Received from Mr price both the call center and the online shopping</p> <p> </p> <p>I made an order last week Monday and i have still not received it i paid R50 for it to be Delivered door to door within 3 -7 working days and it has already past.</p> <p> </p> <p>I finished work Yesterday and i have been discussing this with Eugene James in the call center for 2 days now he told me yesterday to email him a new Address as the Delivery will be made tomorrow (Thursday)</p> <p> </p> <p>I advised him countless times that i will not be at my office from Today i also advised him that i will be leaving the country on Sunday and i need the parcel before then</p> <p> </p> <p>He emailed me today to tell me that the couriour has now decided that they will deliver today between 1pm and 4pm</p> <p> </p> <p>I told him i will not be here! I told him that they must send it to the address i advised him in the email as we discussed he then told me the Delivery will then only be made Next week As it takes 48 hours to change.</p> <p> </p> <p>I Am leaving on Sunday. The service i Received is Horrific and i will not Reccomemnd anybody to use it.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
