<p>I have had an unbelievable experience with an employee (female) as well as the owner of the company at Mistry's Pine Furniture based at the Atlas Lifestlye Centre. I called in to ask for a price of a cloud 9 base set, she told me about the entry level and I told her I am not interested in the entry level one but rather the superior comfort. She asks me to hold on and then comes back with the price of the entry level. I than told I dont want the price for the entry one but rather the superior, she put me on hold and went to find that price. I then asked her about the guarantees on the cloud 9 matresses and she said they have very good guarantees, I went on to telling her that I bought a mattress from them more than a year ago and it was a cloud 9 matress and I have a huge problem with it sinking in. She then said that that particular matress dont have a guarantee. She asked if I had the receipt and told her that I dont think I kept it but luckily I know by law they have to keep the receipts for 5 years so they should have proof. She told me that they had a system crash a few months ago and lost all records........ Coincidentially..... I assume....... so typical of these INDIAN Businesses to do that. I than told her exactly that, its a typical indian business man that will say something like that. She went on and argued with me and I said to her she must not waste my time but put me though to the manager, she said WHAT did you say and I told her "Dont fuc*en waste my time and put me through to the manager" She then put the phone down on me. I called back and the owner of the store came to the phone and was even more ruder than she was. His tone was high pitched and he said to me that he was standing besides this woman and listened to the entire conversation and WHATS THE PROBLEM. I than went through our conversation and he said that they lost all records, I told him thats a typical indian business mans answer to everything they dont wana assist with and he was screaming at me. He then went as far as calling me a fuc*en bi*ch..... SERIOUSLY..... This is how the owner of a company speaks to his customers. I did call him an as*hole in the end and he just put the phone down on me....... Now what.............. My matress is still not sorted out and its a cloud 9, they not cheap stuff.......</p>
