Not recommended!
Had them at my home, consistently off line. When we complained, our contract was cancelled. Now I have them where I work, still consistently off, dare not to recommend complaints for fear of another cancellation, not that there are no other suppliers available, but that when they cancel, it is immediately and one is left in the lurch while arranging a new SP. Definitely DO NOT recommend!

Caregivers assault the elderly
Nightshift nurses assaulted my elderly mother in law by forcing her arms up (she has calcified shoulders due to osteoparosis) while EVENTUALLY changing her adult diaper (she is in traction awaiting surgery to her broken hip), physically beating her when she wept from the pain. She has been awaiting surgery for 6 weeks in the orthopedics ward, with no date in sight.
