Pathetic!!!
I have been trying to get through to the Orthopedics Ward... And the line just rings!!! This is unbelievable!! We just want an answer concerning a hurt family member!! We could not get a hold of the family the whole day!! And our only hope was the hospital!!! But they are useless to say the least?!? Why are their doors still open!!???

Pathetic!!!

Caregivers assault the elderly
Nightshift nurses assaulted my elderly mother in law by forcing her arms up (she has calcified shoulders due to osteoparosis) while EVENTUALLY changing her adult diaper (she is in traction awaiting surgery to her broken hip), physically beating her when she wept from the pain. She has been awaiting surgery for 6 weeks in the orthopedics ward, with no date in sight.

Rude sister at emergency room showing no empathy or sympathy isn't that what a sister supposed to to care and assist
Poor Service My dad passed away my mom is struggling with my brother 47 years that making use of drugs, he abuse my mother emotionally and physically. I stay in Johannesburg, she phones me everytime historical re my brother being aggressive, not so long ago I tried numerous times to involve the SAP Kroonstad but they said that there is nothing that they can do don't even try to assist my mom clearly no interest in making an effort. So last night it happened again. He beat her threw on the ground while the security company on standby witnessed it all saying they can't do anything luckily my youngest brother showed up tried to help got bitten by my eldest brother after all of this at last the police arrived. They took my eldest brother handcoved to the Boitumelo hospital. The staff there at emergency where so so rude. The police got a call, they uncoved my eldest brother, they left. My eldest brother in the emergency rooms threatened by youngest brother and my mom saying their life's will come to an end soon. The he ran off, the sister at the emergency room when my mom told her she very rudely said what must she it is my mom's child after sering what the situation is. Clearly the should be a security at hospital? Then my youngest brother took my mom to the police station asking the police to go see where my eldest brother is and to just keep him for the night bit they said that they won't do that because they don't want to be blamed for anything that might happen to my eldest brother while being locked up. They didn't even offer to go with my mom to her house to see if she will be safe. My eldest brother threw stones through her windows so she couldn't stay at her house. She is historical. I am so fed up with SAP and Boitumela Hospital because they suppose to help the elderly and poor but it seems to much effort. I thank God that my mom is still alive this morning.

Excellent hospital service
I visited this hospital on about three times in a period of about four years. They have an excellent service, professional conduct and extra ordinary love. You are surprized by the love you receive from doctors, nurses and all staff including cleaners. Let alone one gentleman working in the file department. Your presence at that hospital is more like a stay at a five star hotel. I promise, go and see for yourself. What a place...

Excellent hospital service
