Caregivers assault the elderly

Nightshift nurses assaulted my elderly mother in law by forcing her arms up (she has calcified shoulders due to osteoparosis) while EVENTUALLY changing her adult diaper (she is in traction awaiting surgery to her broken hip), physically beating her when she wept from the pain. She has been awaiting surgery for 6 weeks in the orthopedics ward, with no date in sight.
