If I could give them a minus 10 I would. They charge you for a CV template that you download (I did pay the 1.99 USD) and then without informing you they subscribe you to their platform and deduct money on more than one occasion in one month's time. I never agreed to a subscription and never received any communication regarding cancelling within 14 day... What is the service the I get for the other amounts that was deducted???? And believe me it not just 1.99 USD They still giving me the run around regarding my money.
<p>I've been with Nedbank for many years and never had good service! Starting with all my personal details that they seem not to be able to get right. Then just know I had a problem with internet banking and wanted my profile number over the phone and according to them I dont live at my current address!!!!! Lived there for 5 years and get my statement to the address! Know I have to go to the branch..... waste my time. After 30 min of holding the line!</p>
