I am ok with the products received, although the sanitizer was leaking, making the box wet. My big issue was the delivery. I had to be the one following up on the delivery. Someone responded eventually saying they moved offices, so it caused delay, that my order will be dispatched soon. Still not giving me a date. My order was delivered 2 days later. Communication is very important, very important. All they needed to so was send an email communicating the move.
We rented an apartment in Lyndhurst for just over 2 years until 2020. The owner returned to the country wanting to move back and we did not dispute that, unfortunately at the time of his request we went into lockdown. We managed to find a place end of May and we moved. Till today we are still waiting for the rest of our deposit even though the contract is clear that we should get the deposit back within 10 working days of vacating the premises. We moved out May 2020 till date the landlord still can't finish paying back the deposit. The agent said they will handle it but when I send emails to query about the refund she does not respond. I am extremely disappointed with this establishment especially because we really had a good relationship. The fact that they don't respond to my emails even though they told us to speak to them directly and not the landlord to sort this out. Its almost nine months and we still don't have the full deposit. Very unprofessional!!!!
I want to give them less than 1 star actually. The customer service is appalling . Bought a coach beginning of October 2020 at the Wynberg branch, before the end of October the stitches were unraveling. I sent an email to the lady who assisted us initially including pictures of the cushions. I had to keep following up with her and she eventually called me and claimed that customer service has been calling me which is a lie. Anyway they called me immediately after I spoke to her, and they promised to send someone to come and stitch the cushions. 21 Nov 2020 someone calls me that he is here to fix the cushions at 6:30pm, which was unacceptable since I asked them to arrive at 3pm and so I did not allow him to enter. He said he will come back the following day which he didn't. I followed up again 23 Nov 2020 via online contact email, few minutes after some guy calls that he is on his way (without prior arrangement), I told him I am not home he should come the next day. He agreed and never showed up. I will no longer follow up with them but I am warning anyone that wants to buy from them. Please don't, yeah the prices look good but the quality is bad. I mean how can cushion stitches unravel within a month. Very disappointed
