LULU LABELS
Please do not use a company called Lulu labels,its based in Randburg.So I purchased some branding from the which included 50 stickers for company.They then sent me an invoice and told me that my stickers were ready for collection.They sent an email with directions to their offices in Randburg and a number to call once you get to the gate,problem is that number never gets answered l.What I don't understand is that collection is only on specific days.Mondays,Wednesdays and Fridays.Moral of the story is that they are a scam.I'm stuck here trying to get my stickers and I've already paid for them,also haven't received any resolution from them so watchout.Do not use their services,you'll be extremely disappointed!

Refusal to pay back tenant's deposit
<p>My fiance and I recently rented a property leased to us by a company called Jenmik properties.The lady who we signed the lease up with recently notified us that the property we are living in has been sold under another company called Rawson properties.We were notified in late November 2016 and still have the initial email she sent us.The email notifies us that the property has been sold and we are then required to find alternative means of accommodation.They gAve us up until the end of January 2017 to find another place and to have moved out by then. We then went looking for another place to rent an fortunately we found one.Our main problem is Jenmik properties won't pay us back our deposit to secure the new place they are giving us the run around in paying back our money.We have an email from them informing us that they won't pay and we can't move out until the end of January 2017 in which puts us in a compromising situation as we'll have no place by then to move to.They say we can't move out before January as they won't have a tenant occupying the place for the month of January and they are making it our problem yet they gave us 2 months and an email notifying us to find means of accomodation. The agent we signed with is JEANETTE HENRIETTA VREY, she refuses to pay us back our deposit.</p>
