By far the worst, unfortunately there’s no option for negative numeral ratings but if I could it would be -5. The ink drop insisted I buy a colour cartridge for my printer saying “it won’t work without it” I gave in, I got home & figured since I have the colour cartridge I’m going to print with colour. It didn’t work at all. I returned and they tried to fix it. And it still didn’t work. I went back again with my printer and still it wouldn’t work at all. They said the sponge needs to be replaced but they don’t have any stock they’ll get back to me. No one got back to me at all, I went back again and asked for a refund, they said they would credit me instead but they still have no stock of cartridges. Months and months go by to a point where I even forget about it. By now, my colour ink cartridge is most certainly dry as a desert…I then argued with them and said “right now do you confirm that my colour cartridge is dry? And not a drop of ink is coming out of here?” They say yes, then I followed with “please explain WHY you would tell me that I have to have colour ink or my black ink won’t work?” All I got was “umms and ahhs” no one can give me an answer. All along my black ink has been working perfectly fine. What really put me off entirely was that I bought a black ink cartridge from them, they refilled it, everything was fine and I know when the ink is running out so after a month or so I returned for my usual refill & they told me that my cartridge is blocked and I have to buy a new one. So basically they are saying within a matter of an hour (my printer has printed faintly that morning which is my indication for a refill) the cartridge is blocked. I wasn’t having this, I took my business elsewhere, low & behold there’s not a thing wrong with the cartridge. No blockage. I will not be returning whatsoever except to get my refund for the colour cartridge that never worked to begin with. 1000% would never recommend this business to anyone, not even to people who, I believe, are the trash of the earth.
on 17 May 20 2018 I tried to book tickets online, I opted to pay via eft. I put in my pin for the once-off payment, and the website then said the booking was unsuccessful. So unsuccessful (for me) that my money was deducted ever so instantly from my account - faster than it took the "unsuccessful" message to even load. So lets cut to the chase, it's been a month. I've been through phone calls, one said the payment would ber reversed in a few hours, the other told me to mail ********** Emailing at this point is a joke, I'm way over being patient and talking to robots because all I ever get is automated replies like "our team is busy at work and will contact at the earliest moment" (I'm paraphrasing - but anyway). I was told to fill in a document for the finantial team - there was no document attached - I brought this to their attention and 5 days letter the same automated message is sent along with the document - a document that is dated 2015. How professional. I filled in the form mailed it back...Its been 10 days since that message was sent. Today, I got fed up, I emailed (AGAIN) and of course, I get an automated reply ( our team is working on.....blah blah blah). For real though, I'm over this. I want my money back - how on earth does it take this long to "just pay back the money" and why should I be the one diving through hoops and chasing after my own money? While I'm all fired up - Gateway Prestige is the most drab, dingy, sticky, blu-movie looking joint I have ever been in. The recliners squeak like ( I'm sure you can imagine - I'll refer you to the blu-movie description if you need assistance) and they look and feel like they came from someones uncles place. The sound system is terrible, and my god considering the price of tickets and the snacks I dont doubt for a second you guys cant afford an upgrade. What is it? like R190 or so a ticket? big big big big big joke paying that price. Here's some blasphemy - NuMetro is lightyears ahead when it comes to knowing the definition of Prestige.
