They sold me a defective car. Day light robbery i regret going there. They will charge you R6 000 for registration that costs less R800

Vehicle Damage During Car Service
Good Day, I would to lodge a formal complaint against McCarthy Ford Silver Lakes for damages to the vehicle whilst vehicle was in for a service. Date of Incident: 26/03/3019 Vehicle: Ford Ranger P/U D/C 2.2D (Reg: FT 09 RK GP) Description of incident: I took my vehicle for service vehicle on 26/03/2019 at McCarthy Ford Silver Lakes (Address: Solomon Mahlangu Dr, Equestria, Pretoria, 0184) as per the booked appointment. The vehicle was checked for any existing damages to be noted before any repairs could be done on the vehicle and no damages were on the tailgate and the rear left side of the vehicle. Upon collection of the vehicle the dealership had damaged the vehicle and denied that the damages was caused by them. The matter was reported to the police as Ford has claim that the vehicle was hit by a firearm bullet. Ford SA Please help us with this matter urgently. Mr Kgalake
