<p>We have had no Telkom business lines since we re-opened on the 4th January 2017. A technician has been here once and that was on Friday. The only line that was working is now down as well! How are we supposed to run a business without telephone lines? We have 20 different reference numbers, because whenever we call to query whats happening they say it has been sorted out. Then we have to resubmit the fault. It's an absolute joke! </p> <p> </p>
<p>On off all the time. They say they have sorted it out but promises promises. Very disappointed with the service and reliability. Was out for 6 days in December and now again. When working the line is great but their follow up service is a shocker.</p> <p> </p>

<p>Fibre line has been down for 5 days and empty promises. Everyday someone is coming out to fix it and nothing happens now they tell me they waiting for a technician. What a joke. Zumatel!! Line is brilliant when working but their back up service is a shocker. </p>
