No service for money reeived
Paid TEVV a deposit for a new key for my car in March 2021. In June 2021 they informed me that they could not get me the key and would refund my deposit. After many promises they still have not repaid my deposit. Be careful dealing with them!!!!

Doesn't honour prices quoted
<p>I requested a price on a gas grill and was quoted R2,750 in March. </p> <p>In September I asked for confirmation of the price and was told that it had increased by around R250 since March which was acceptable.</p> <p>After numerous calls to purchase the gas grill I was finally told that it was ready for collection except the price is now R4,750.</p> <p>In my opinion this is attempted extortion. Very unprofessional conduct
