I met Natalie during the SA Bridal Fair in Sandton. She claimed to the organizer & a wedding planner. I hired her based on her pricing & what she promised she could do for me in terms of planning & organizing my wedding. Natalie is not a professional at all. She was clearly out of depth for my wedding & i soon realized it when she couldn't even do basics of her job as contracted... site visit of the venue, make up, she couldn't finalize, I had to do it, the cake she could do, I did it..photographer, she pushed & pushed her preferred one , who was completely unsuitable for me.. until I told her to back off. when I asked her to check on service providers who i thought fitted my brief to er, she didn't seem to have a clue who I was talking about... (ODD for a professional in the same industry). Eventually, 7 months later of nothing and my wedding date approaching, i stared demanding results and applying pressure then she resigned!! what gets me the most is that she is refusing to refund the money i have paid for her services..or lack thereof..she actually told me she used the money to buy nappies for her baby!! All Seasons Weddings & Natalie is the biggest fraud i have met. I don't know whether she has treated other brides like this, take money & not deliver or if it’s me? Numerous SMS, EMAILS, WHATS-APPS & calls have been sent to her but she simply ignores of gets her daughter to answer the phone for her. I’m not even sure if the positive reviews on her website are true!! Brides..stay away from this woman & her tuck shop wedding planning business, if you want to have a stress free wedding planning process & wedding itself.

On 19 December 2016 5:30pm my husband & I went to Eds Diner in Parkview, not only was the platter we ordered teriible (Ribs & Chicken so well done, they were DRY, chewing the food resulted with pain in my temples which later developed into a headache.) the Manager on duty was worse.

i only manged to eat 1 rib & 1 chicken thigh before i gave up & called the manager, Thulani.

Its the experience with the manager that the worst. Thulani, i suppose is the the ground floor manager of Eds Diner at Parkview is either inexperienced, scared of the Cook or both.

Perpertually smiling, he refused to even check the food to confirm or refute our wild alleagtions even though the platter was still in front of him and refused to check in with the Cook. The ony explaiantion we got was that it has to be dry especially the chicken to avoid piosoning us - the ribs, it was the basting that made them dry!

if the basting makes their ribs dry, then they needs a few lessons from ANY Spur franchise on how to cook ribs.

The full price for the meal was still demanded though by Thulani and my husband was so irtitated that he paid & donated all the food we had bougt to the waiter that was serving us.

Thulani needs customer service training or a new job! i do not know what is the Cooks problem. keep an eye on your pot!

Disgusting Service
