Fraudulent business by Quadcopter.co.za also known as RC Hobby SA (Pty)Ltd

<p>I order a Hubsan Quadcopter H107L from Quadcopter .co.za ,first I was struggling to get the items and when I called them, a person by the name of Maurice told me that he is waiting for stock from his supplier. When I eventually got the items I immediately saw that the quadcopter that I order and what they show on their website is not  the same I went to Hubsan’s official website and could clearly  saw that the quadcopter they send to me was a cheap imitation of the real product .I called Quadcopter.co.za and again spoke to Maurice ,I asked him why they advertise the real product and then send a cheap imitation of the product .I told him that it comes down to fraud and it is against the law ,he got angry and start swearing and  told me that I do not give him time to explain. Eventually he explained to me that there is no Hubsan’s available and that he fought that it’s a Christmas present for somebody and if he cannot send me something I will be very upset and that is the reason why he send me the imitation of the real product. So he is not just a hobby shopkeeper but also a self-proclaimed Father Christmas and Mind Reader. Again I explained to him that it does not work like that and that it still comes down to fraud unfortunately he didn’t  have the capacity to understand this and he even told me that according to their terms and conditions on their website he is entitled to send something similar if he do not have the specific product. I ask Maurice why did he not call me and ask me if I will accept this option again he could not give me an answer and when I told him that I am going to open a case of fraud he told me that he is covered by his Terms and Conditions on his website. At the end, just before he put the phone in my ears down he told me to send it back on my cost and then he will refund me. So basically in Maurice’s world it comes down to ,that if he sell a Toyota Bakkie and do not have stock he can send you a Tatta bakkie even if it cost half the price. He do not see anything wrong in what he did and do not understand what he did and according to Maurice he is covered against any criminal case.<br />Please do not buy something from this seller he is dishonest and you will only get a cheap fake imitation off what you saw on their website and the best is he think there is nothing wrong in what he did.   </p>
