PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY!
Good Evening This is Dewald's wife Chantel sending you a message We have contacted you numerous times with no feedback. Our order has not been sent to us so you are making yourself guilty of FRAUD IF YOU DONT REPLY BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS TOMORROW I WILL BE OPENING A FRAUD CASE AGAINST YOU AND I WILL SUE YOU FOR LOSS OF INCOME AS WE NEED OUR BLADES FOR OUR UAV IN ORDER TO RUN A SUCCESSFULL BUSINESS. WE HAVE PAID THIS ORDER ALREADY ON 22 APRIL 2018 AT 08:35 PM YOU HAVE UNTIL TOMORROW TO SEND ME A TRACKING NUMBER AS WEL ALSO PAID THE SHIPPING. I WILL BE COMPLAINING ON FACEBOOK, TWITTER, HELLO PETER AND ANY OTHER APPROPRIATE SOCIAL MEDIA SITES AFTER I SEND THIS MESSAGE TO LET THE WORLD KNOW THAT NO ONE MUST ORDER ANYTHING FROM YOU!

Not even a real hobby store.
Don't give these clowns your money, they are not serious about either their business or their customers. I just hope you'll see this and other reviews before even thinking of buying from them.

Do not buy from this seller!
<p>I ordered a 3s battery from this seller which arrived at 6V, bassically called dead at that voltage as these batteries should never drop below 10V. It also had a different connector soldered on that what was advertised all showing signs that this battery has already been used.</p> <p> </p> <p>I charged it anyhow to give it a go in my quadcopter. I haven't even flying for a minute when the copter falls dead out the sky, vreaking one of its carbon fibre arms. I checked the battery voltage and it had dropped to 8V. </p> <p> </p> <p>I emailed the owner telling him about the battery he sold me and the damage it has caused, and have been left without a response. I dont trust this seller what so ever, and highly reccomend to stay away!</p> <p> </p>

Do not buy from this seller!

Fraudulent business by Quadcopter.co.za also known as RC Hobby SA (Pty)Ltd
<p>I order a Hubsan Quadcopter H107L from Quadcopter .co.za ,first I was struggling to get the items and when I called them, a person by the name of Maurice told me that he is waiting for stock from his supplier. When I eventually got the items I immediately saw that the quadcopter that I order and what they show on their website is not the same I went to Hubsan’s official website and could clearly saw that the quadcopter they send to me was a cheap imitation of the real product .I called Quadcopter.co.za and again spoke to Maurice ,I asked him why they advertise the real product and then send a cheap imitation of the product .I told him that it comes down to fraud and it is against the law ,he got angry and start swearing and told me that I do not give him time to explain. Eventually he explained to me that there is no Hubsan’s available and that he fought that it’s a Christmas present for somebody and if he cannot send me something I will be very upset and that is the reason why he send me the imitation of the real product. So he is not just a hobby shopkeeper but also a self-proclaimed Father Christmas and Mind Reader. Again I explained to him that it does not work like that and that it still comes down to fraud unfortunately he didn’t have the capacity to understand this and he even told me that according to their terms and conditions on their website he is entitled to send something similar if he do not have the specific product. I ask Maurice why did he not call me and ask me if I will accept this option again he could not give me an answer and when I told him that I am going to open a case of fraud he told me that he is covered by his Terms and Conditions on his website. At the end, just before he put the phone in my ears down he told me to send it back on my cost and then he will refund me. So basically in Maurice’s world it comes down to ,that if he sell a Toyota Bakkie and do not have stock he can send you a Tatta bakkie even if it cost half the price. He do not see anything wrong in what he did and do not understand what he did and according to Maurice he is covered against any criminal case.<br />Please do not buy something from this seller he is dishonest and you will only get a cheap fake imitation off what you saw on their website and the best is he think there is nothing wrong in what he did. </p>

Well whe it comes to a refund for goods they advertise but could not deliver after 5 weeks, why should I now wait more than 2 weeks for the refund!?!?! I ordered and after a week I had to follow up (they will not update you) and was told they are waiting for some of the goods from their suppliers. This went on for weeks and every time I was the one who needed to follow up because these guys just refuse to keep the customer updated. Eventaully, after I demanded a refund, they decided to ship what was available and refund me for what is not. Now it has been 2 weeks and no refund, again I had to follow up!! I am a business owner as well and I can tell you this is NOT the way to do business!!!!!</p>
