Vodacom Newcastle Mall is full of employees not interrested in serving clients, it starts with the so called manager, Andre! I went for an upgrade, understandably I had to wait for the new phone, no problem I will wait. Went back after 6 days and nobody, including the manager can show any prove that the phone was ordered. The manager then had the audacity to raise his voice and treat me with utter disrespect in front of his employees claiming he does not need to show me any proof that the phone is on order. Thank you but I am done with Vodacom!!
BMW Supertech Newcastle Panel beaters are incompetent and useless. Do not take your car there, you have been warned!! They did very minor repairs and I had to send the car back...twice! For bad workmanship first and then overspray. Backyard Panelbeaters can do a better job than this so called professional company! Just have a look at the state of their courtesy cars and you will know. Now water is leaking into my car where THEY worked and they refuse to acknowledge their mistake!!
I hope comments on here gets attention from the proper people at SA Homeloans. Stay away from them, this is your worst nightmare!! I have more than one complaint so read on and decide for yourself...... 1. We had some damage during the storm in the South Coast last year, roof started leaking due to hail damage and the high winds. Called SA Homeloans Insurance, they will not honor the claim because...the roof shows signs of previous maintenance?!?!...is it not normal to do maintenance on your property to keep it in good gondition. Not according to them, the roof was maintained so we do not pay for damages. Good to know... 2. Same property, geyser burst. Lodged the claim, get a call back from SA Homeloans Insurance...sorry sir we do not have service providers on KZN South Coast, you need to appoint someone, get a quote and send it through to us. Okay, did it in finally the geyser was rpelaced and paid by them...what a relief. Few weeks later the floor tiles (which had been in the house for 15 years or more according to the previous owners) starts popping up, obviously due to all the water from the geyser burst. Lodged the claim, assessor comes out and even tells my wife not to worry as he can see this was caused by the water from the geyser burst and the entire room will be re-tiled, what a relief....NOT!! Two days later we receive a rejection letter from SA Homeloans stating this happened due to poor craftmenship and wrong adhesive used (wonder if the adhesive was sent for analysis). This is proof that SA Homeloans Insurance will find and use any reason under the sun NOT to pay out claims. 3. Try to get your settlement amount from SA Homelaons, you will fight a losing battle!!. We have been asking, calling, emailing, begging for more than 2 weeks now to get a settlement amount. I need this because this property is ruining me financialy and I want to sell it for just enough to settle the bond before I fall behind. 4. I asked them to help me sell the property for the reason mentioned above. They have what they call Sell Assist, what a joke!! One email from them and that is it, no assistance but when you fall behind then you see how quickly and often your contacted!!

When you order something online you are expected to pay upfront before they even think of shipping your goods. Well whe it comes to a refund for goods they advertise but could not deliver after 5 weeks, why should I now wait more than 2 weeks for the refund!?!?! I ordered and after a week I had to follow up (they will not update you) and was told they are waiting for some of the goods from their suppliers. This went on for weeks and every time I was the one who needed to follow up because these guys just refuse to keep the customer updated. Eventaully, after I demanded a refund, they decided to ship what was available and refund me for what is not. Now it has been 2 weeks and no refund, again I had to follow up!! I am a business owner as well and I can tell you this is NOT the way to do business!!!!!
