Took my money, lots of excuses, no service. Stay away from this company. They were supposed to do a part move from Port Alfred to Cape Town in October 2018. Have promised to pay back the money on numerous occasions. Never answer phone calls, only some emails. STAY AWAY. Lots of people in the same position, money vanished with no service
<p>I travelled through Swaziland with my phone switched off except for a very short period where it was switched on to retrieve information. I had no signal according to the handset. I have arrived back in SA to receive a message telling me I have used R2000 of roaming data. I am unable to contact Vodacom by any means (as usual). I demand an explanation for this as I have an idea it is a "marketing ploy ". If so, it is in EXTREMELY poor taste. If not, I would like to be shown how I can run up a huge bill in some matter of minutes with nothing to show.</p>
