<p>This was the worst experience ever. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone ever. In fact I will tell people that they must not go to this place. The attitude of the Manager was utterly disgusting. It was a waste of good money and time. The food was mediocre, there were big "brommer" flies everywhere and they were cutting grass while we were trying to enjoy our lunch. Most individuals only got there food 2 hours later, some of the chips were burnt and no sauce served with the food. The manager treats her staff terribly, she started taking the buffet food away around14:38 and was shouting at the staff for no reason. Not to mention how the take away items were packaged. We booked for 10 people and did not specify that we wanted buffet yet we were told that we confirmed for buffet. Now I can see why they ask for a 50% deposit up front it's to force you to eat there. Eventually we were told we can order anything from the normal menu however they wanted to charge us R150. When ordering from the normal menu we were told that they don't have enough of most of the items that we wanted. for e.g they only had enough Lamb chops for 3 people, they didn't have any oxtail, they only had 2 baby chickens. They only had one waiter to serve us as well (She tried her best to assist). I recommend that an audit be conducted by this restaurant for cleanliness and the way the staff is treated. Also the buffet did not have the wide variety of food as stated on the website. I had to ask one of the staff to close the food that we were eating from as the flies were sitting on the food. The manager had a stinking attitude and felt that she had to make it known to me that she is not happy that we are not all having buffet. One of our staff who took her food home advised us that she had to through it away as it was smelling bad. Due to this bad experience we want a total refund of the money spent.</p> <p> </p>
