Ons oproepe en e-posse bly onbeantwoord. Wanneer word Laerskool Overberg se deposito terug betaal op die foutiewe stelsel wat julle gekwoteer het? Ons wag nou reeds 6 maande vir die terug betaling.

Shocking service!!
Bought a Acer Laptop and dock online, enquired before hand on the specs of the Laptop and required dock. The sales rep confirmed the specs and gave the compatible dock. Both products were ordered and on receiving the package Tuesday the dock was a stand and the specs of the Laptop incorrect! I have been trying to get someone to talk to me since Tuesday but Sales refer you to RMA and RMA is missing. The rep was also asked by the sales manager to respond but still no word!!
