excellent service

excellent food

and ... EXCELLENT shesha pipes!

I planned a surprise for my partner and chose Primi Piatti Cavendish as the venue. I spoke to Farzanah, who assisted me. On my next visit I spoke to the manager himself, namely Garth. He was unassistive and unapproachable.

His first response when I walked in was "Its very busy I cant talk now. Are you going to order or what do you want?" After seeing my expression he sighed and let me speak. I explained my idea to him - which was a simple lunch and dessert - I asked if he would be able to have "happy birthday" written in chocolate on the dessert. He seemed amused and spoke condescendingly, he then mocked me because apparently it is "very difficult" to write with a piping bag. He then sarcastically asked me if I even know what piping is.

I was extremely taken aback by his manner of conduct with a customer, after all, I was paying for the service and asked nothing more than two words written on the plate.

On the day: Farzanah assisted me and had organized the HBD message, however the ice cream had melted across the entire message.

The service and presenation was poor and the management was pathetic.

When I called the next day to enquire about something, Garth answered and was impatient when I could not hear him clearly. He said, and I quote, "(sighs) It's busy here can you just tell me what you want?"

He has no sense of ettiquette and hospitality. He is rude and does not portray any qualities of a manager and a service provider.

I would never ever go to Primi Cavendish again nor would I advise anyone else to.
