Ordered products for delivery. Was told it's being delivered on 1 September I waited the entire day withou an update. I emailed after 15:00 they're responded saying had 3 orders still to deliver. If not on 1 September by me then first thing Saturday 2 September. I'm still waiting. No responses to earlier emails. Customer service sucks. I would give a zero rating.
<p>Woolworths your lack of communication is appalling. I will never support your business. Please remove my contact details from your database. I never want to receive any form of communication from you. I actually wish that the star rating started at zero. You don't deserve a 1 star.</p>
<p>On Wednesday 28 December WW committed to revert. Day 3 no contact has been made. Customer service at its worse.</p>
<p>Very disappointing. Ordered a whole lamb from Woolworths Lifestyle Crossing on Tuesday. Was told it will be delivered on Friday, 23 November and I will contacted to collect. This never happened. I called and was advised that the delivery truck never brought it. Another plan was promised. It's now 15:00 on Saturday afternoon and I still don't have my leg of lamb I planned for Christmas day. The only difference WW made in my life today an inconvenience. I wonder if Charmaine will deliver on her promise. The service I got from your store sucks. I am a loyal customer and this is the tx i get mxm</p>
