Paid for order not delivered
Ordered products for delivery. Was told it's being delivered on 1 September I waited the entire day withou an update. I emailed after 15:00 they're responded saying had 3 orders still to deliver. If not on 1 September by me then first thing Saturday 2 September. I'm still waiting. No responses to earlier emails. Customer service sucks. I would give a zero rating.

Paid for order not delivered
Ordered products for delivery. Was told it's being delivered on 1 September I waited the entire day withou an update. I emailed after 15:00 they're responded saying had 3 orders still to deliver. Worse service ever
If i could give them a 0 rating i would. This is by far the worse ever service i have experienced. I ordered for the first time 2 weeks ago received my goods 6 days later. I get emailed that one of the products are out of stock on the same day i received my goods. Was asked if they can deliver it Saturday or Monday, i said Saturday which is today. Still nothing......no response either...i have to wait around on a weekend for nothing to arrive. No courtesy email to say we cannot deliver it will be Monday or a phone call even. First and last time i will ever order again from this company

Worse service ever

Paid but not received 3 months already
I put in an order (SSO2536) in October 2020 and paid for it at the same time. When I received the order, There was one product short. I was not informed when I ordered that it was out of stock, just told by the person who delivered. I called on 23 October 2020 and sent NUMEROUS emails afterwards but my requests of a refund or delivery of the product was simply ignored. Surely a large business like this can look after their customers and have the common decency to reply and rectify the matter.

Mediterranean Delicacies good service
I would like to thank Mediterranean Delicacies for sorting out a mishap order from Black Friday. There were problems with the delivery of some of the products. However, once I contacted them, they were quick to sort out the problem and issued me with a voucher for the missing items. They also appreciated product feedback. My next order was promptly delivered with all the items. Thank you for a good service department and for listening to the customers.

Mediterranean Delicacies good service

Good service
I bought 2 of the products from P/Pay last week and when I wanted to use the items on Saturday I saw that the items were expired. I contacted the customer call center number on Saturday and they confirmed that someone would contact me either on Monday or Tuesday. Three people contacted me within 2 days and Laura came out today to my work and brought me 3 replacements. Great service because I love your products :)
