I had an unfortunate experience while on holiday in Greece this year. I had to have an operation back on the mainland in Athens. I phoned the emergency number of the insurance and was given the go ahead. I was told to keep all the slips. A Canadian company linked to Bryte called regularly and emailed to check up on my progress . I collected all reports on the procedure. On arrival back, I notified Bryte, and after sending many documents and invoices/ payments, I was paid out for all costs, barring 2 taxi trips for which we did not receive a slip. I would highly recommend using them. This is the first time after using them at least once a year for over 20+ years that I made a claim.
I would like to thank Jaguar Land Rover South Africa for following up on my complaint. They contacted the Tokai branch to sort it out and Tokai have now made good their error. I hope to be able to use them again this year for the free service they have offered in compensation.
I am very disappointed with the service we recently received on 2 occasions. Head office will be very embarrassed to hear how my car was actually initially repaired. We took out extended warranty on engine parts for our Land Rover Discovery through Land Rover Constantiaberg at their recommendation and they did all the paperwork. It cost us R52 485.00 We have the email to prove it as well as a copy of the policy with Guardrisk and the policy details. The person doing it at Land Rover negligently forgot to register the policy on their computer on our name as we did all service there. So in September , I received an email from the insurance company to say that the policy was coming to an end. I thought it was end of September and did not read the really fine print. Our car had recently been serviced in September, so there was no worry. At the beginning of October, I had a problem with the water pressure and immediately took the car in. I was told the next day that it needed a new water pump which was a big job. We subsequently paid +- R17 000 when we collected it as we thought our plan had come to an end. We then received an email from the insurer saying that the policy was ending at the end of October. So we immediately questioned Land Rover as to why they had not put it through as a cover as they should have been aware of the policy on their records. We were not to know that it had not been registered. After much to and froing of telephone calls and emails, they said that they were not aware of the policy, and it could not be covered by the insurance as they had not cleared it prior to the repair. I think that Land Rover needs to own up to their error and cover the cost of the repair. If I do not hear from the senior members of Land Rover, I will be putting the previous terrible negligence to my car when they supposedly repaired the water pump. They had to come and fix it immediately again after we had paid. All very disappointing, as previously we have had excellent service from Land Rover.
The booking is easy, the service great, and on date night they always make you feel special. Free bottle of wine, super delicious food, tender steaks and tops off with a free Vodka Martini. We can highly recommend.
We has a most delicious meal last night at the Hussar, one of the best steakhouses in our area. It was a date night special for 2 for R350 including 2 courses and an excellent bottle of red wine. I can highly recommend taking this up or any of their meals on the menu. We chose calamari to start that was very tasty and tender and each had a delicious rump steak. We ordered an sauce to share.
I would like to thank Mediterranean Delicacies for sorting out a mishap order from Black Friday. There were problems with the delivery of some of the products. However, once I contacted them, they were quick to sort out the problem and issued me with a voucher for the missing items. They also appreciated product feedback. My next order was promptly delivered with all the items. Thank you for a good service department and for listening to the customers.
Good day I have scoured the internet for new emails or contacts for Ethiopian Air and sent emails to many places found on their sites which just bounce right back. I have phoned their telephone lines and just been put on hold with automated voices. I have been to their online site, There is nowhere where one is advised what to do with the vouchers issued last year for travel to Greece. At the moment, we can't travel there anyway. So what to we do or how do we het our money back for these 2 tickets that I have paid for already. It is very frustrating not being able to contact somebody! Please Ethiopian Air. I thought that you were such an up and coming airline. I was really looking forward to using your services Now you are just not contactable. HELP PLEASE.
What a scam! It seems that you are selling KetoVatru Weight loss products and luring people to buy 2 jars of your products each under R100. However, when the reference to the purchase comes through, without a bank approve it , it comes through as 2 payments. one close yo R2 000 and the other R1 500! Nowhere before were these amounts shown. It all happened so quickly once the bank details were inserted. And no bank approve it! I think that this sort of thing will discredit your names. I think perhaps you need to sort this out immediately and reverse all charges. Or find out who is using you to be fraudulent.
This morning I was fraudulently scammed. I was on Facebook and replied to an advert By KetoVatru Weightloss selling a weight loss products for about R89 and R79. When purchasing this, I was not sent an approve it message from the bank. Only after the transaction had gone through and I was sent a reference number , did I see that 2 amounts of R1 967,82 and R1 549,50 has come off my credit card account. Tim Noakes and Dr Moll endorse this and are selling these products. I thought that they would be trustworthy people??? I was lured into purchases 2 bottles of their product, only to see the amounts pop up after I had entered my banking details for what I thought was for the 2 bottles. No approve it came from the bank before it went through. I immediately notified the bank to block the purchase, but they told me that it had already gone through, without my approval. My card was blocked. I am desperately trying to reverse this as I did not approve it. So, Nedbank is supposed to keep me safe in times like these when most purchases are done on line. I always get an approve it first! Those 2 amounts did not show up anywhere until the payment went through. Please all be aware that this is a scam.
